Perfect hotel for Casino lovers
Pros:

First time staying here . Very spacious rooms , comfortable beds and very clean . Also close to Erie Casino . You can walk there if you want .

Cons:

Shuttle to casino only runs on weekends. Even though it’s in walking distance , it should be available all the time .

Careful when using a 3rd party to book
Cons:

I was sent a link for pre check in where I could get an early check in for $25. After selecting that I received a message stating to pick up my keys at 1:00 and when I arrived I was told they could not honor that request.
Snow and ice in parking lot was not cleared and was quite slippery.
I booked through booking.com and I was charged by them on March 17. Then two days later the hotel charged me for the same amount. They told me booking.com did not send the payment in time so they randomly charged my card. I am told I will get a refund in 7-14 days. I am still waiting for that.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. They moved me to another room but it was so gross and the whether didn’t work
Pros:

Nothing it was gross. I stayed here before several times but it was not like disgusting and the bed sheet look like someone step all over the sheets

Cons:

Everything. The clocks were changed and the bed sheets weren’t changed.

A great place to stay
Pros:

A great place to stay for the price. The lobby/hotel/ room was spotless. The check-in was easy and very friendly. Our beds and pillows were super comfy. A beautiful hot breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Winter weekend in Erie
Pros:

Front desk people were friendly, hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast could use a few more pastries and need waffle makers for the waffle batter dispenser.

No Hand soap in the guest rooms!!!!!
Pros:

They dont offer hand soap for the guests. So you have a whole hotel of people using the restroom but not able to wash thier hands properly!!!!!! Not ok!!! When mentioned to staff they said just use the body wash in the shower. Body wash is NOT hand soap!!!!!

Great place to stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the Hotel and room were clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good with many options. Close to the attractions on our itinerary. Would definitely stay again!
