It wasn’t very nice

New towels, no pillow and sheet for the pullout sofa bed no bath soap when we were sent to our original room the door was hanging open and housekeeping hadn’t cleaned anything from the last people and we went to check in three hours after the initial check-in. That we were allowed at 3 o’clock so we checked and check in till six housekeeping had left for the day with our room you’re hanging open and not clean from the prior person.

Perfect Stay for a Quick Trip
Pros:

Good location off I-90 with a close proximity to Peach Street and not far from downtown Erie and 20 minutes from Presque Isle.

Cons:

Breakfast was alright. Eggs were patty style and sausage texture was a bit gummy. Bedroom was overall clean but we didn’t have a bed skirt and other small cleansing things that I really can’t blame as it’s a busy hotel.

It was really outdated beds, halls, etc. Also our room was hot! We couldn't get the air conditioner to work

Location was easy to get to, bed was clean and comfy. The hallway carpets were clean and smelled good

Great value and great staff
Pros:

The staff was great. Everyone we came across was very friendly. The location was great, the rooms were clean, and at a good price.

Cons:

Bed was a lot more firm than i am used to, but would not stop me from staying here again.

Clean comfortable close to plenty of things

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the greatest, no where to sit outdoors ( used to be benches) had a noise issue from above front desk was not interested

Cons:

Toilet seat was broke and we ran out of toilet paper. Body wash was empty, but it was taken care of immediately (except for the toilet seat) once we brought it to their attention.
