清掃がいき届いて清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた
スタッフの応対が過剰過ぎず良かった

部屋に内風呂がなかったこと
景色が殺風景
ご飯をつけた時に髪の毛が入っていたことをスタッフに伝えた時に、茶碗につけたご飯の回収としゃもじの交換はしてくれたが、申し訳ありませんの一言もなかった

景色が絶景。
Pros:

洗面台が大きく、鏡も大きくて女性には有り難い。
布団の敷布団がAIRマットレスで良く寝れました。
窓からの景色は朝焼けが見れて綺麗でした。

バイキングのドリンクもお部屋に持って行けるのも
良かったです。

旅が贅沢であった時代にリーズナブルで良質なサービスを提供してくれた宿泊施設を思い出しました
Pros:

〇勝手に提供するようなサービスではなく、色々な客のニーズを考え、それに応える形のサービスが好ましい。〇無駄をなくし、エコに徹した内容に共感を感じる。〇食事の内容が多すぎず、少なすぎず、調理の工夫や地域の特色を生かした点が非常に良い。〇過剰なサービスや利用者の自由を損ねかねない宿側の関りがなく年配者や家族ずれには最高の宿泊環境である。

Cons:

〇特になく快適な一夜を過ごすことができ、帰宅後早速休暇村の会員登録を済ませたが、今回の旅で利用した他の宿泊施設のように団体客や外国人が多く利用した場合、今回受けた同じようなサービスが可能なのか、少なからず不安に思う所である。（余計なことであるが）

夏は海も近いし食事も美味しく、清潔で良かったです。
Pros:

料理がとても良かった。
とても清潔でした。

Cons:

今回は５歳と3歳の孫が一緒に行ったのですが館内の遊び場で幼児が遊べる遊具などが少なかったです。

Nice hospitality.
Pros:

Nice dinner and breakfast which were a wide variety like Hitsumabushi, Sushi, Japanese curry.

Cons:

It smelled a bit bad in front of the hotel, which was something like a farm.

Good option for nature lovers who enjoy the communale life style
Pros:

If you like nature, this is very good option. It is surrounded by a pine forest, and has a lake, with many types of birds. You can go onto the roof and see the sun set over the bay. They even serve free coffee as the sun sets, which is really nice.
There is also the pacific ocean and lot of wide natural beaches very close by. So location is the main plus.
The hotel has typical Japanese rooms with tatami mats and sliding doors.
The food is served in buffer style. I would rating dinner as 7/10 and breakfast as 9/10, so pretty good overall .
The staff seemed nice and very helpful.

Cons:

The website says shared bathroom and it sure is shared! I have been to a few onsens and this one is pretty small and very busy. Expect to see lots of naked strangers in close proximity to you. And that is the only option for having a shower because the room has nothing.
Also, the room was not that easy to sleep in. The aircon was very cold but if you turn it off the room is very hot and the duvet is one of those Japanese style ones that is think and heavy but not that wide so it cant wrap round your arms.
