We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel 😊
Pros:

The staff was very nice and accommodating, they response all our concerns. The hotel was clean and good location. We enjoy the food it was tasty and a lot. The chef was nice and he talk to us when he found out that we are from Philippines. Definitely we will comeback. Thank you ❤️

אהבנו את הבריכות שחייה, חיצונית ופנימית, ואת המיקום על חוף הים

Cons:

לא היינו מרוצים מבחינת תחזוקה ונקיון.היו בעיות בשירותים- המים לא יורדים טוב. החדר לא כל כך נקי. הקומקום ומכונת הקפה היו מקולקלים.

Badly kept hotel and not good value. Very disappointing. The only thing that is worth it is the food
Pros:

Good location. Not in city centre but close enough. Instead, it's located in a calm area right by the beach. There's very little around but you can find a few stores. Driving anywhere takes only a few minutes.
Excellent breakfast: The breakfast was really nice, fresh and good quality. The chef walks around checking if people are enjoying their meals. It was very enjoyable and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I don't understand why some people think it's "fabulous". The hotel is very old and not very well kept. The rooms are worn out and you can really tell. The lobby and sitting areas are nice, as well as the garden and pool. But the rooms are very disappointing.
There are little faults everywhere. In our [first] room there was no closet in the bedroom, the noise from the bathroom vent was unbearable, everything looked untidy. We had an issue with electricity in our room, were promised to have it fixed and it wasn't, so were switched to another room in which there was a glass door in the bathroom, and the main AC didn't work properly. The third room we were switched to was better, but the bedroom TV was not working, and there were not bedside tables. Is it too much to ask to get a proper, fully functioning room?
We went there for vacations, not for having to deal with issues we're not supposed to. It was very frustrating and the management behaves quite carefree. The staff are very nice and helpful but it would be great if the management acknowledged these flaws. Specially when they charge so much.
