חופשה בנהריה?! לא מה שחשבתם :)

מיקום נהדר מול הים, בריכה כיפית, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, צוות אדיב וזמין

Cons:

בסך הכל אהבנו הכל ומאד נהנינו כמשפחה בשהיה של 2 לילות בחג הסוכות.

Pros:

Номер (полулюкс) очень просторный с балконом с видом на море. Завтрак очень хороший и разнообразный на любой вкус. Бассейн крытый с подогревом - не хотелось выходить из воды! Своя стоянка возле гостиницы - очень удобно для тех, кто приезжает на машине. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Спа с двумя саунами сухой и мокрой, ну конечно можно заказать массаж.

Cons:

Свет в ванной комнате не достаточно яркий, хотелось бы больше освещения возле зеркала.

Pros:

Terrible experience. Travelled 3 hours to get there. I booked 2 rooms to have space for my kids; they told me they have no connecting rooms and they can’t accommodate me. Their solution was to stuff everyone into 1 room for the original and same price of 2 rooms. Only 1 staff member there. He was v rude and unhelpful. Only made it to lobby, but very unimpressive and run down for the premium pricing they were charging. I said it did not accommodate my family and left. They proceeded to charge me full the full rate. Obviously, I will be disputing the charge. Beautiful city, but avoid this hotel at all costs.

מיקום מעולה, חדרים נוחים וארוחת בוקר מצויינת. אין כמו המיית הגלים לשינה טובה

Cons:

התחזוקה בחדר האמבטיה בעיתית. החצר האחורית של המלון מלוכלכת ומבולגנת. גלויה לעין מכל נקודה, יש דברים שעדיף לא לראות.

מיקצועי.
החדרים במצב טעון שיפור. המבנה ישן ותפקוד הברזים במקלחת בעיתיים.
לעומת זאת המזרון בחדר שינה במצב מצויין.
הספה הנפתחת חדשה.
האזורים הציבוריים מתוחזקים היטב.
העובדים בקבלה ובחדר האוכל קשובים ומנומסים.

המלון נחמד, ממוקם צמוד לים על הטיילת. הבריכות החיצונית + הפנימית נעימות. יש יתרון שיש בריכה פנימית מחוממת. החדר גדול ומרווח, והארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה. הצוות היה שירותי ואדיב.

המקלחת בחדר לא אטומה והמון מים יצאו לרצפה. הברזים ישנים ולא נקיים. האסלה מאוד נמוכה והמים בה לא חזקים. הטלוויזיה בחדר שינה קטנה וממוקמת נמוך, אך בחדר השני גדולה. המעליות ישנות וחורקות

Our stay was both enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely return .
Pros:

The staff was friendly, especially the young lady that greeted us at the dining room each morning.

Cons:

There wasn’t a Bet Kinesset on the premises and the staff didn’t know where to find one.
