Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Отличный персонал, все очень гостепреимны и это очень приятно. Особенно Хамуди на рецепшене.

Cons:

Бассейн открывается в 10 и закрывается в 18.
С 11 ти начинается палящее солнце, и купаться становится очень не легко с маленькими детьми. Были очень расстроены этим фактом. Если вы захотите насладится бассейном, то вам точно понадобится искать его отдельно ,либо подстраиваться под это время.

אחד המלונות הטובים בארץ, עם אווירה רגועה, נעימה ומפנקת. מהרגע שהגענו הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו מכל הלב.
בקבלה קיבל אותנו חמודה, שנתן שירות מקצועי, אדיב וחם. תמיד עם חיוך, עזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים, ואפילו שדרג אותנו ללא עלות לסוויטת דלוקס מחווה שלא מובנת מאליה.
גם בבריכה הייתה אווירה מדהימה, והשירות היה יוצא מן הכלל. פינקו אותנו בצלחת ענקית של אבטיח על חשבון המלון, מה שהוסיף לחוויה.
ממליץ בחום על המלון. בהחלט נחזור שוב!

Было неплохо, только у гостиницы нет своего участка пляжа.Тот ,что пред гостиницей диковат не ухожен.Хамам на ремонте.Еда на завтраке , обычный как принято в Израиле.Номер просторный,чисто.

Very relaxing, beautiful, very, very comfortable bed and really nice staff. I highly recommend.
Pros:

The place is very beautiful and serene. It was very quiet until I arrived with my six small granddaughters, but the other guests did not seem to be bothered by them and the staff was exceptionally nice. The spa is wonderful, with great masseuse, salt room and a very large relaxing warm indoor pool. The rooms overlook the beach. We were on second floor. Next time I might ask for the rooms on the ground floor where you can sit in front of the pool. Overall it was much better than what we expected. It's about half hour walk on board walk to Baton and restaurants, but for something casual I HIGHLY recommend going for burgers ten minutes away at Benny's. It was laid back, food was good and Benny was SO nice. Great for kids.

Cons:

The internet connection was not great, but that could have been the war. I just got connection from my phone and was fine. My toilet broke but they came up immediately and fixed it. First time I went on family trip and wished we could stay longer.
