An excellent hotel in the heart of Times Square
Pros:

An excellent hotel in the heart of Times Square, easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions with the subway nearby for anything further. Lovely pod style rooms that have everything you need and are very clean, perfect for a couple of single person. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A great spread for breakfast without there being too much that it's hard to choose, nice barista coffee included. We would definitely stay there again and recommend 100% definitely.

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Citizen M Time Square und wird sicher nicht der letzte sein!
Pros:

Man fühlt sich direkt wohl als wäre man bei sich zu Hause. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unten in der Lobby bekommt man sehr guten Kaffee (besten den wir in New York hatten). Ebenso coole Rooftop Bar.

I don’t believe a $28.12 refund is sufficient. We were without hot water and heat for a majority of our stay. This is completely unacceptable.

I don’t do this at all but in this case and with these conditions, it is completely satisfactory to issue a full refund back to my original payment method (credit card).

Pros:

It was a convenient location. It had nice community areas to utilise.

Cons:

The rooms were tiny, but we get that when you're in the big apple. The bathroom meant you had to have a close relationship with your mate.
