Pedimos 2 habitaciones juntas en plantas superiores con vistas premium y nos alojaron separados en la planta 14 y la 17 y no creo que las vistas desde esas plantas valieran la diferencia de precio que pagamos de unos 300 dólares, sobre todo desde la planta 14. Debian habernos asignado habitaciones de las ultimas plantas del hotel o no habernos cobrado la diferencia de precio por las vistas
Pues que uno de los ascensores estaba estropeado y se tardaba mas de 15 minutos en bajar y subir y no lo arreglaron hasta el cuarto dia de nuestra estancia (fuimos 5 días) y que las toallas de manos son muy pequeñas

Very helpful and friendly staff, both at the reception and at the bar. The rooftop is a real +, and the location is great. The room was clean, and while small, perfectly sufficient for a few days in NYC. Almost everything is controlled through the iPad in the room, which is convenient.
The elevator was under maintenance, and we often had to wait for quite a bit.

Fantastic breakfast and with the bar right there too easy to get a drink or espresso or whatever fantastic location at the center of the Manhattan action Rockefeller Center Times Square Central Park 5th Avenue Carnegie Hall.
The room is a bit small maybe not too different from other NYC hotels a little pricey buy again it's NYC.
The breakfast was delicious, it included all of my favorite foods! The room was very small but included everything one needed. It was also very quiet. The staff was exceptional, always positive and helpful.
I know you don't have any control over this but when I walked for my NYT, I couldn't help noticing how dirty the street and sidewalk were as I approached Broadway.

Great location, friendly bartenders and food 24 hours.
First room had broken window and second had outside shade not working
Room was small but very comfortable. Very clean. Location is excellent. The hotel is on a busy intersection and my room was facing the street, and despite that it was surprisingly quite. Rooftop terrace has nice city views.
Staff were not very accommodating or helpful to say the least.
Bed is on the firm side.
