Wederom een prima verblijf
Pros:

Locatie is top. We verbleven hier nu voor de vierde keer. Fijn hotel met goede sfeer. Heel relaxed allemaal. Voor de jonge reiziger zeer aantrekkelijk. Doen!

Cons:

Het geklauter om in bed te komen (ingeklemd tussen 2 muren en het raam) en de grootte (lees krapte) van de kamer begint ons tegen te staan. Dat ligt niet aan het hotel, maar aan ons, we zijn geen 20 meer. Volgende keer kiezen we waarschijnlijk voor iets anders.
Een upgrade naar royalere kamer was niet mogelijk, die is er niet.
Ontbijt is ok, maar kan beter, zeker wanneer je het met andere citizenM locaties vergelijkt waar de keus doorgaans uitgebreider is.
Rooftopbar heeft een fraai uitzicht, maar was vanwege renovatie deels gesloten. Jammer.

Pros:

Posizione super comoda, ideale per visitare la città in lungo e in largo. Spazi condiviso della hall molto confortevoli e do tendenza. Staff gentile e professionale.

Ho già soggiornato in questa catena in un'altra città e se capita tornerò sicuramente in un hotel
Pros:

Hotel nuovo e in zona centralissima con più stazioni metro molto vicine.
Stanza piccola ma molto ben organizzata e con vista spettacolare!

Hôtel idéal pour profiter de NY !
Pros:

Emplacement idéal tout près de Times Square mais quand même calme .
Deco très sympa , chambre petite mais optimisée.
Petit déjeuner delicieux et copieux !
Très bien insonorisé, on n’entend absolument pas les voisins !

Cons:

Rien si je reviens à NY , je réserve à nouveau dans cet hôtel !

Pros:

Emplacement idéal près de Time Square.
Chambre, bien que petite, bien agencée, propre et nettoyée tous les jours

Cons:

Au moins un verre pour se laver les dents aurait été apprécié
Coffre fort ne fonctionnant pas quand il est rempli
Pas grand chose au niveau du restaurant de l’hôtel si on a un petit peu faim

OK, but disappointing
Pros:

breakfast was very good, nice variety of items, but they would run out of items like bread.
location is terrific..close to times square and subway
nice roof top bar

Cons:

room was uncomfortably small. fine for one, but not two. only one chair. bed has walls or window on 3 sides, so have to climb in and out or over someone. had no water pressure in our sink for hot water. elevators were terribly slow, 2 out of 3 were working and not signed well. hard to tell if they were going up or down.
gym was very claustrophobic. balcony was under repair. not much equipment in gym, no mats e.g.
no glasses in room
