According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.

Our hotel accepts pets.
We accept PETs weighing up to 5 kg (only one per room), upon presentation of the vaccination card and payment of a daily rate of R$ 60.00.

A localização é boa.

Cons:

A hospedagem não oferece kit higiene, como sabonete (fomos informadas pela equipe disponível que é uma regra da nova administração). Mesmo informando que é uma recepção 24h a equipe noturna (horário que eu cheguei de viagem) não poderia atender pedidos, como disponibilizar travesseiros. (pedido realizado pois estou grávida). A resposta pelo número do whatapp é nula. Fiquei sem resposta até hoje com a correção da minha nota fiscal que foi emitida errada.

Ao chegarmos no hotel, havia nossa reserva, porém o hotel não disponibilizou quarto, nos fazendo passar uma grande humilhação.
Estávamos com inscrição para a Maratona de BH, fato que nos frustrou, pois não conseguimos hospedar no hotel, nem descansar, tão pouco dormir ali.
O pior, o hotel não nos ofereceu nenhuma outra alternativa a não ser unicamente que não tinha quarto para nos hospedar.

Voltaria a ficar se tiver um compromisso ou evento no entorno da Lagoa da Pampulha

Quartos do primeiro andar ficam no terreno dai a janela da para um corredor externo (não passou ninguém mas te obriga a ficar com a cortina sempre fechada para não ter surpresas)

Limpeza Diária com muitas falhas, limpam tarde demais (após as 17:00)… tive que ficar no corredor esperando….Café muito simples, poucas opções e sempre as mesmas…. Limpeza não é boa… o hotel precisa de várias reformas.
