Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine au top, les repas sont excellents. Les chambres sont immense et très confortable. La propreté est irréprochable et le personnel est très souriant. Je reviendrai un jour.

Pros:

Genel olarak büyük bir sıkıntı yaşamadık fakat beklentiyi çok yüksek tutmamak gerekli. Öncelikle personel sıkıntısı çok fazla, yemekler %90 aynı, lezzetleri fena değil fakat kırmızı et çok sınırlı ve bittiğinde yenilenmiyor. Odamızda iki sorun vardı birincisi sifon su kaçırıyordu banyo da su eksik olmuyordu, diğer konu ise çocuk için yatak yerine koltugu açarak yatak şeklinde kullandırmışlar, büyük sorun haline getirmedik fakat bunlar genel olarak puan düşürdü. Bir de otel alanı genel olarak çok kısıtlı kullanımda.

Fiyat/ performans oteli olabilir. Yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzet beklentiden düşüktü. Tesisin eski olmasının ve doluluğun olmasının jezlong bulamama gibi dezavantajları var. Plaj 1 km kadar uzakta fakat ulaşımı sağlıyorlar o yönde sıkıntı yaşamadık

We had an Exceptional stay! Staff were great, friendly and attentive. Facilities were good!
Pros:

Everything was amazing including the staff, service, cleanliness, entertainment and food.
The Mongolian circus was our highlight! Very Good!

Cons:

Pool was cold
WiFi was not consistent and poor in some areas.
Air con did not work at first but maintenance worker came immediately and fixed it ensuring we had a good nights sleep.

Cost effective hotel
Pros:

All in all it is a cost effective hotel. The cleaning stuff is friendly, helpful. Do not believe to the bad google reviews we mostly didn’t experience any of them

Cons:

After checking out it is not allowed to stay more in the facility, the staff at the reception are rude. The foods are the same every day. There are less sunbeds around the pool.

Pros:

2 çocuklu bir aile olarak çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanların özellikle Türk müşterilerine olan ilgileri bizi çok memnun etti. Animasyon ekibi gayet eğlenceliydi. Oda temizliği, yemek çeşitleri ve tatları bizi memnun bıraktı. Aile oteli olarak tercih edilebilir bir yer.

Konaklamamız genel anlamda iyiydi. Eğlendik ve dinlendik. Animasyon ekibi iyiydi. Odamız yeterliydi. 3 gün klima arıza yaptı. Teknik personel çözmek için uğraştı. Otel oda değişimi konusunda isteksizdi. Yemekler lezzetli ama çeşit azdı. Et yemekleri zayıftı. Genel anlamda iyiydi.

Otel ile deniz arası mesafe var servis aracı ile otel imkan sağlıyor ancak kapasitenin üstünde gibi olduğu nu düşünüyorum genel yoğunluk fazlaydı , yemeklerde sorun yok fazla miktarda Türk müşteri vardı anlaşma ile ilgili sorun olmadı animasyon ve çocuk etkinliklerinin geliştirilmesi gerekiyor , içeceklerde enerji eklenmeli alkollü içecek seçenekleri gözden geçirilmeli , konakladığım oda ile ilgili camların ses yalıtımına kontrol edilmeli akşam müzik çalarken odada cam kapı kapalı olduğu halde dinledik küçük çocuklu aileler için sorun olabilir

Tanıtım videosu ile gerçeğin alakası bile yok, kapasite üzeri alım var, personel yetersiz, yemek çeşidi yetersiz, var olanlar da berbat, personel mutsuz, sandviç ekmeği bile bayat, bir daha asla gelmem tavsiye de etmem, 16300 e sipariş veriyorum ve onaylıyorum ama 2 gün sonra 17300 karttan çekiliyor,
