Art Hotel

Als wir angekommen sind wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel nicht mit Expedia zusammenarbeitet und unsere Reservierung damit nicht gültig wäre. Außerdem sei das Hotel ausgebucht und so standen wir erstmal nach der Anreise da. Nach einer langen Diskussion mit der unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin gab es doch noch einen Platz für uns Die Kissen waren steinhart und das Klima funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr unorganisiert und enttäuschend. Das Hotelteam, welches aus 2 Mitarbeitern besteht ist total überfordert. /Duschbrause kaputt / Wasserhahn total verkalkt / Klima /Balkontür/ Duschtücher /Hygiene all diese Sachen haben nicht funktioniert. Das Hotel hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Nicht empfehlenswert!

The location of the hotel is superb, it has a superb view and a private beach. The hotel itself is small and cozy, it lacks some facilities but the view and the beach can make it up. Basically the goods:
- superb view
- private beach
- stuning environment
- very friendly and helpful staff
- tasty and varied food (all inclusive) except for the breakfast which is the same every day but it's the same in every other hotel I've been at
The bads:
- matress in bed has to be replaced
- no minibar or even simple glasses in bed
- you have to go the restaurant in order to drink a cup of water
- rooms don't get cleaned every day, room service is available upon request, which is a little bit annoying since you are there to swim and necessarily go back to your to take a shower, so towels need replacement!

All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the sea, sun and nature.

Note: the hotel is not in Kusadasi but in Guzelcamli which is around 17km away from kusadasi. In order to reach the hotel -I'll suppose that you are coming from Izmir-
At the Izmir airport there are havas buses that take you to Kusadasi for 20 TL, once you reach the bus station at kusadasi Don't take a taxi to go there it will cost around $50 instead go to the opposite side of the bus station and take a dolmus for $3 and it will stop 100m away from the hotel.

4 gece rezervasyon yapmama rağmen üç gece sonra ayrıldım. Otel sayesinde cevrede ne var ne yok hepsini öğrendim. Milli Park hemen yanıbaşında. Zeus mağarası gezilmeli hemen yanında enistenin yerine gidilmeli. Çünkü otelde ne kahvaltı yapilabiliyor nede yemek yeniyor.Temizlik sıfır. Odaya temizlige ugrayan yok. Tv çekmiyor iki üç kanal var. Denizi taşlı ve bakımsız. Havuzu idare eder. İçecekler kalitesiz.

Otelin konumu denizi havuzu güzel, ama herşey dahil hizmet verebilecek bir işletme değil. oda kahvaltı yapsalar herkes daha memnun olur. herşey dahil oteller fiyatına odayı satıp hizmet/yemek/kalite vb. konularda yetersiz kalıyorlar. personelin "begenmiyorsanız çekin gidin" demesi üzerine 2. gün otel değiştirdik. İyi ki gitmişiz oraya gitmesek 2. geçtiğimiz ve memnun kaldığımız oteli bulamazdık!
