Bardzo Miła Pani Sara która pracował w godzinach popołudniowych i wieczornych na recepcji, Pokój bardzo fajny i przestronny, łóżka wygodne, parking pod hotelem

Śniadania- tragedia, bardzo mały wybór potraw, półmiski po godz 9 w większości były już puste, kelnerka większość czasu spędzała na recepcji lub na papierosie,

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten… vielleicht etwas dunkles Brot zum Frühstück und etwas Hafermilch wäre toll. Aber das ist alles gut so gewesen. Danke.

Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit!
Pros:

Das einzige Gute an dem Hotel ist die Lage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe und es ist eine Frechheit, dass so anzubieten. Das Buffet ist total überschaubar, was noch ok wäre, wenn regelmäßig was nach gelegt wird. Obwohl noch 1,5h Zeit für das Frühstück war, gab es fast nix mehr. Auf Nachfrage nach Brot, wurde gesagt, in 5min wird neues gebracht. Nach 20min kam dies dann endlich. Es wurde zwar frisch aufgebacken, war in der Mitte aber noch gefroren. Kaffee gab es nur aus einem kleinen Kaffeeautomaten, der für den privaten Gebrauch gedacht ist, daher gab es eine lange Wartezeit, bis man sich Kaffee holen konnte. Nach 45min haben wir aufgegeben und sind hungrig gegangen.

Top Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Kein Airport Shuttle, obwohl das im Angebot stand. Hotel hat einen Taxi bestellt, aber dies hätten wir auch selber machen können. Darunter verstehe ich nicht Airport Shuttle.

Der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel war gut (gegen Gebühr). Die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral.

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht wurde ich viele Male hintereinander auf meinem Handy angerufen, wodurch ich geweckt wurde. Ich stellte es aus und hatte am nächsten Morgen mehrere Nachrichten vom Hotel (Besitzer?), Ich solle mich melden, wann ich ankomme. Ich war schon längst eingecheckt, lag im Hotel Bett und das Auto war im Hof geparkt, bereits einige Stunden zuvor!

Nice and consistent place to stay in a up and coming location.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast with hot egg dishes and fresh fruits, salads, breads, and meats. It is a nice place. It's not overly fancy, but it's clean and well maintained. We like the location - the area around it is being renovated, and there are many restaurants, cafes, and bars within a few steps of the hotel. There is a private parking area behind the hotel that is very convenient. The staff is kind and responsive.

Cons:

It's a nice, clean hotel; it's quite plain and could use airing out to keep it smelling fresher. The restaurant is not operational, but there is a nice breakfast in the morning.
