Recepcja - Pani Ania bardzo pomocna. Ładne pokoje, wszędzie blisko

Cons:

Trochę za jasno w pokoju pomimo zaciągniętych zasłon. Niestety bliskość lamp zamkowych nie pomaga, ale to mała rzecz.

Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Obwohl ich ausdrücklich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hatte, bekam ich ein Zimmer mit Fenstern zur lauten Straße und mit nicht besonders guter Schalldämmung. Darüber war ich im Voraus nicht informiert, daher hatte ich keine Ohrstöpsel dabei. Nach einer unruhigen Nacht musste ich das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen und ein anderes Hotel zu buchen.

Für und wider
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage unweit der beeindruckenden Hakenterrasse und der Oder-Promenade.
Schönes sauberes Doppelzimmer mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit einer Auswahl an Heißgetränken.

Cons:

IT Probleme, wodurch ich mehrmals mit meiner Keycard nicht ins Zimmer kam. Am Abreisetag musste das Zimmer sogar mit einem normalen Schlüssel geöffnet werden, was zur Folge hatte, dass das Zimmer dunkel blieb, da ich keinen Strom freischalten konnte.
Sehr enge Einfahrt zum kleinen Parkplatz. Ich vermute größere Automodelle passen gar nicht oder nur mit sehr viel Fingerspitzengefühl durch die Einfahrt.

Pros:

The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good variety of food at breakfast. Lots of good places to eat in easy walking distance. 12 noon checkout was helpful. Excellent value,

Cons:

The pillows and duvets were rather thin, but I was on my own so used both on my side of the bed.
