Genial
Pros:

El dueño muy amable antes de ir nos envió por WhatsApp muchas indicaciones sobre la ubicación del hotel para que nos orientáramos y al llegar nos las explicó todas. Incluso al irnos nos liamos cogiendo un Uber y salió para ayudarnos. Las habitaciones tenían aire que con el calor que hacía venía muy bien.

Busan in centro, super staff dell’hotel!
Pros:

Hotel in centro, vicino alla fermata della metro e a qualunque cosa di cui uno abbia bisogno. Staff semplicemente eccezionale, pronto ad aiutare in tutto e per tutto. Il signor Son è il miglior addetto di Albergo probabilmente che abbia mai incontrato (e sono stato in circa 80 diverse nazioni), almeno se viaggi in famiglia e con figli piccoli. Struttura più che consigliata.

Pros:

Oltre le aspettative. Hotel centralissimo e fornito di tutti i comfort... Molto bella la struttura soprattutto la zona cucina condivisa da tutti gli ospiti. La camera all'ultimo piano era una mini suite con veranda vista città. Non mancava proprio nulla.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Room was surprisingly spacious and amenities were clean and accessible, including a spacious shared space. Amazing location with plenty of things to do locally.

Calidad-precio correcto. Instalaciones mejorables.
Pros:

La ubicacion, las vistas, la amplitud, el personal de recepción. Es un buen hotel pero creo que está muy dejado en cuanto a mantenimiento.

Cons:

La limpieza de la planta 2 fatal. 2 dias con las mismas manchas en los microondas. El fregadero no tragaba. Imposible. El flujo de aire del aire acondicionado no se podia bajar.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Cubre las necesidades para una agradable estancia en Busan de unas tres noches.
Pros:

Ubicación en Seomyeon. Zona animada y céntrica. Tiene el metro cerca. Lo único malo es que al entrar en el metro tienes que recorrer un pasillo larguísimo de tiendas para llegar a la zona del metro ( línea 1 y 2). El recepcionista nos explicó todo muy amablemente.

Cons:

Tiene lavandería pero es pequeña y de pago ( 5000 wones) para un solo uso. Nos llovió muchísimo uno de los días y tuvimos que volver a pagar para poder lavar todo. Creo que con una sola vez que se pague sería suficiente. Instalaciones antiguas. El colchón no era muy cómodo. La habitación era para tres personas, pero realmente éramos 4. La zona del lavabo era pequeña.

During check‑in, the manager demanded an official document proving that I am the father of my two underage daughters, even though their passports clearly show the same surname, the same address, and my signature with the mention “father.”
He justified this request by referring to a supposed child‑protection law.
My daughters are mixed‑race and I am white, and I strongly felt that this unjustified suspicion was based more on prejudice than on any real regulation.
The mother of my daughters had to urgently send a copy of our family record book so we could access the room.
After checking with the French Embassy in Seoul, we confirmed that this requirement is completely illegal: a passport is an official document and is fully sufficient when traveling with one’s children.
Finally, the photos shown online do not reflect the current condition of the hotel.
