Pros:

La atención del personal hacia nosotras fue EXCELENTE. Nos enviaron los requerimientos ( Ubicación del hotel, planos de transporte, recomendaciones de restaurantes y tiendas, en caso de perdernos un papel en coreano para pedir ayuda). Además, fuímos a Busan por el FESTA de BTS y me hicieron un regalo de bienvenida como ARMY, un detalle precioso. Amabilidad plena por todos los recepcionistas. MUCHAS GRACIAS por hacer mi estancia INOLVIDABLE . VOLVERÉ.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even before our arrival, the staff provided us with helpful information. During check-in, they also shared useful local recommendations and even informed us about a nearby festival taking place during our visit. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

il proprietario ci ha aiutato molto, tra i pochi che abbiamo incontrato a padroneggiare bene la lingua inglese. La signora carinissima ci ha pure regalato due uova sode per il viaggio in treno, consigliato!

I really appreciated how helpful the staff were as they helped me with purchasing of tickets for attractions, recommendations for food places!
Convenient location near to Lotte Department Store, egg drop, and other food places.

Cons:

The rooms are a little old so the beds were rather hard.

Great stay at a super convenient location!
Pros:

Convenient location that is right next to the hype of the city, lots of tasty restaurants around, walking distance to the hipster cafe street area - Jeonpo. Great space in the deluxe room 1001, big room, big balcony with great city view, good bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

Bleachy smell in the space
