Atención excelente, comida excelente, bebidas bien. Hay oportunidad de mejora en las instalaciones.
Muy bonito el espacio del bosque y la aguas termales, además de los alrededores de las habitaciones.
La atención es lo mejor de este lugar // las termales son muy lindas // las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento estructural
Me pareció bastante elevado el precio para las instalaciones, sobre todo las habitaciones necesitan muchas mejoras estructurales y de remodelación y actualización
The scenery
Website didn't accurately describe the actual conditions of facilities. Beds were horrible, no site services such as vehicles for local transportation.
The competitors next door offered a much more luxurious accommodations, and services. No wifi !!
The mini split AC had a bird's nest built in it.
A bathroom tile fell off the wall and hit my husband's foot.

La cama estaba sucia y las instalaciones descuidadas
el personal ,de recepción y restaurante exc. Comida buenísima. Limpieza pésima, solicitamos limpiar pasillo frente habitación y basura debajo de las sillas ahí quedo, ni la vieron. Acceso a las termales requiere mantenimiento en las barandas, senderos sin suficientes apoyo en los pasos que hay riesgo de resbalar o caídas. La cama y su ropa en mal estado, al igual que las cortina, mal instaladas, el tv encima de un mueble para ropa demasiado lejos de las camas. Definitivamente requiere mejorar
camas, ropa cama, las cortina habitación malas, ubicación del televisor no es funcional

Sorry to say that there was a lot of activity in the ceilings throughout the space. Had a bad night of rest. Whatever is in the ceiling is soiling the area and the smell is in the fabrics throughout.
Los accesos a las pilas de agua termales, no están muy bien, deberían de darle más mantenimiento y si alguna persona tiene discapacidad, no podría llegar a ellas no hay acceso
Me gusta mucho el entorno en que se ubican las aguas termales un bosque totalmente natural
Las habitaciones están falta de mantenimiento, pintura, puertas que pegan en el piso, cerraduras dañadas, muchos ratones en el cielo raso
Estuvo lindas las termales solo que se ven como descuidado
Falta un poco de amor a la infraestructura hotel - termales y mas opciones en la alimentación a la hora desayuno buffet

the bed was old and needs to be replaced
1. The thermal pools were wonderful! So much better than the pictures! Pools had different water temperatures from 36c to 42c.
2. Breakfast was very nice!
3. Staff was very friendly.
