Everything! From the welcoming check in, to the reluctant check out, nothing was too much trouble for Andy and Jo, who both go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Perfect location, with parking, and we were fortunate to enjoy the balcony suite with perfect weather. It's the little things that count...and both Jo and Andy focus on the detail to make sure you are looked after. From the extras in the room (fresh, chilled water in the fridge every day) to remembering preferences, without assuming, and always asking. With Andy's local knowledge, infectious character, and Jo's cooking (Just Wow, wow, wow) you won't want to leave.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Andy and Jo (the owners) were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even waited up to check us in as we got delayed. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our room had a private terrace literally 50' from the beach. The food was all cooked fresh including daily specials and pastries. Facilities in the room were excellent and probably first hotel I've stayed in that doesn't have UHT Milk pods, we had a mini half pint fresh mile for tea and coffee in the fridge - over fantastic experience and will be our go-to hotel for IOW in future.

Wow, if you want an incredible place to stay on the Isle of Wight, this is the place to come to. We have been coming to the Island for quite a few years but this place is exceptional. Andy and Jo are wonderful, so warming and friendly, Jo is a fabulous cook and the breakfasts are large, hot and very tasty. Andy is a great host and will tell you a lot about the island and places to visit. The place is also spotlessly clean. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation with fabulous food and hospitality, this is the place to go, trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Loved everything. Our hosts Andy and Jo were excellent making sure our stay was first class. Jo’s breakfasts were outstanding with additional treats to order and Andy was very knowledgeable about the island and was able to recommend places to visit. We had a superb room overlooking the beach and sea. Cannot fault anything and will definitely visit again in the future.

An exceptional hotel. Spotlessly clean, large room and really good shower. The breakfasts were excellent, freshly cooked and generous portions.
Special mention to our hosts who went above and beyond. They really made us feel welcome. They even gave us homemade pastries to take with us when we couldn't manage them for breakfast.
There were also several little things we appreciated. Instead of a tiny pot of UHT milk there was fresh milk in a glass bottle in the fridge, as well as loads of different types of tea bags.
The hotel is really well situated right on rhe beach and close to the lift to the town as well as the Chine.
Even though the room was advertised as having a partial view of the sea, we actually found the view great which was a bonus.

Super short stay at Shoreside Inn. Everything was perfect. Our large un suite was spacious and a great big comfy bed. Each day the breakfast was freshly prepared by Jo. Different daily specials. Our room was serviced daily.

Everything, it was extremely comfortable and lovely food.
Jo and Andy were fantastic hosts making all guests feel special and thoughtful personal touches.
