Pros:

Had a pleasant stay at Ritz Garden Hotel Manjung! The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
The location is also very convenient as the hotel is right next to the mall, making it super easy to grab food, shop, or get anything we need.

Menu breakfast yang disediakan pelbagai. Banyak pilihan. Makanan pun sedap. Lokasi strategik. Bersebelahan pasaraya.

Cons:

Karpet di dalam bilik dan laluan ke bilik sangat teruk, nampak terlalu lama, kotor, dan berbau menyebabkan rasa tidak selesa ketika berada di dalam bilik. Pengunaan karpet sudah sangat tidak sesuai. Perabot juga kelihatan agak lama dan usang.

So Bad..
Pros:

None!

Cons:

1. The room hallway bad odor.
2. Room smelly
3. Bed sheet very bad condition.
4. Cockroaches everywhere.. big and small.. damn crazy.
5. we don't even stay here because its very unhealthy, scary and disgusting.
We are too uncomfortable that we checked out with don't even took a picture!

Pros:

The only thing I like about the stay was the fact that they had an amazing wedding hall within the same compound.

Cons:

The shower was small, I had to squeeze myself in. The toilet floor was slippery. Our AC controller didn’t work so we were frozen the next morning. On top of that, the hotel layout felt like a maze. It was really just confusing.
