Sinatras Hotel

I wouldn’t know as I didn’t have the opportunity to stay after the manager requested me to contact him to say he couldn’t accommodate my stay but yet proceeded to charge for the inconvenience and was exceptionally rude over the phone to me

The room was terrible shower only worked when put tap on in the sink as I complained they called the police and no money refunded do not go to this hotel

Rough as , don’t even think they changed the sheets from the previous people , stains and hairs in the bed urrrrrr , paid £95 room only for the privilege maybe last resort and max £10

Enjoyed my stay , been there a couple of time before and i’ll be going back .

Blackpool was very good never been before so really enjoyed the experience. Only stayed for a weekend but next time would defiantly be staying for a week as there is so much to do there and where I live in Portsmouth which is other side of the country was a rather long car journey but despite that will defiantly bring coming back again soon and will be recommending people to go.

Hotel was located really close to pleasure beach and beach hotel was pleasant and good value parking was charged extra and had to be booked couldn’t get answer on phone when tried ringing to book parking and check in was before 6 pm which could have been a problem if we were delayed

Gorg hotel, couldn't fault it, lovely staff, children friendly..

This hotel is very basic but ok
No free drinking water only from the bathroom sink which I don't like.
The bar shuts very early
Breakfast was 9-9:3o
Seemed rushed to eat it
But very nice

Booked Sinatra Hotel because of the location and price. On arrival was advised it was closed? Luckily, there was a room at another hotel around the corner, the Roker. After a long journey just wanted to relax rather than all this confusion. Eventually on arrival at the Roker was confusion at reception, where the booking from the other hotel didn't correspond. My daughter was extremely upset that she was harassed for payment. The following day this was clarified and all was sorted out, but had left an impact on the visit as she felt intimidated with the thought of being kicked out of room for non payment. Never received an email to explain the change of alternative accommodation. When did challlenge and air my grievance was advised "to stop moaning you nag" from the owner of Sinatra. Thought this was totally unprofessional

Nice clean hotel and a good breakfast with a great host.

Location was really good close to the pleasure beach which is basically what we wanted, room was small but it was good for a short stay.
