Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan

Room was not as clean as a normal hotel room. I had to request to get the bathroom cleaned when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was good for a 3 star hotel, it could have better drink options.

The staff were amazing and the food was great. However, the entire hotel needs some serious updating. The rooms were musty and ill-maintained. They need to be better cleaned too.

Service is excellent. Staff at Evolution are all really good. Special mention to Lia and all in breakfast service. Reception staff also helpful and gives good advice on where to go.

편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 여느 큰 프랜차이즈 다웠어요. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 룸도 크고 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 조식이 살짝 아쉬웠지만 아침부터 거하게 먹는 스타일이 아니라
크게 영향받지 않았어요.
아!! 특히 직원중에 라라가 정말 너무 친절했어요!! 그녀덕분에 더 따듯함을 느꼈습니다!!

The level of customer service is impressive. The staff is genuinely sweet and so accommodating. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The restaurant staff were all so sweet and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Thank you, Lia, Apriani, and Dian, for taking great care of me during my stay.

I did not like the power outage that happened for 2 hours in the night. We had to walk up to our room in the dark.

The breakfast and service is excellent.

良かった点は部屋からの景観が良かった。
新年のタイミングであちこちの花火が上がるのが見えて素晴らしかった。
スーパーも近くにあるし、朝ご飯も美味しかったです。
デメリットは急な坂の途中にあるので徒歩で出掛けるには億劫になるし、grab carもほど捕まらない点。

Buffet and clean and big room

I loved the people the team. But it was so sterile that you could barely tell you were in . Also clean the roof, it makes you wonder what else is that clean, every room can see it. The people were amazing. The food was amazing. The local food on the menu was amazing. The fish pond was awesome. The pools were awesome. The location was random. Other hotels have cultural touches and more tropical plants to make it an experience. This felt like any hotel. There was no knowledge of local tour guide operators which feels like a quick win. Catering was fantastic. Rooms fantastic. The TV's should be smarter and have access to netflix.

Very busy and noisy road. Property is in need of maintenance.

It's a bit outdated and runned down overall. However it has a great breakfast and the staff is really nice

Big nice beds to sleep and aircon is cold enough, water pressure of rooms are great!

Kid staff but the hotel itself needs a complete renovation, very old, humidity in the room!

A great place to stay if you want to visit the GWK, which is why we were there. Good for one night, but not for a vacation. Room was very noisy; even though it was on the 9th floor. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Séjour décevant pour un hotel Sheraton. Le staff me recommande le restaurant mais finalement impossible d’y manger car il y a un mariage.. l’hotel est vieillissant, les chambres n’ont rien d’extraordinaire.
En plus les chambres vers l’ascenseur impossible de dormir a cause de la musique qui sonne et qui resonne, Sans compter le bruit de la rue..
