VERY DISAPPOINTED! When we checked in the lady had us on the 2nd floor and then stayed the elevator is out. She then moved us to a room on 1st floor. The room is dirty, WE FINALLY GOT 1 channel on TV to work, tried hooking up to internet, no go! I called front desk and was told she was busy and put me on hold. I finally walk down there and once I got to lobby the internet worked. Back in room it was on and off. The beds fell like they are 20 years old. II AM a best western rewards member and have enjoyed them for years. I have stayed at this one before, but tonight is totally disgusting. If we weren’t so tired we would definitely try to find other accommodations!
Nothing, property is very dark, dank & smelly. We should have gotten our money back & stayed elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Johanna, who works in the kitchen and dining area, was wonderful and so helpful. She helped me make my waffles. Great job Johanna!! Thank you so much. The beds were very, very comfortable and so were the pillows. The rooms were a nice size. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was easily accessible, right off the interstate.

The pool is a big hit with my kids, we've visited here 1-2times a year just to rest and eat.

The rooms could be cleaned better. I had to change rooms due to smells from smoke and dogs.

The room was dirty, ice machine broken, lots of small things that tell you the owners didn't care about your experience. The light switch right inside the door didn't work, no knob on the closet door, hair in the bathroom, the beds, etc. Just a line of grime around the whole bathroom where threw cleaners weren't getting to the edge. When we checked in and dragged all our stuff and our kids upstairs, the room keys didn't work and we had to go back down to get put in a new room, etc. The next morning, the main lobby/ breakfast room was roasting hot -- likely because they had the door to the indoor pool propped wide open and it was making the whole lobby area extra humid. Other guests were complaining that it was too hot but the Indian couple running the place obviously didn't think so. Beds were hard as a rock... it was just very very barebones hotel experience.

Our room want clean when we arrived. The beds seemed “thrown together” in a hurry, the fitted sheets were almost coming off the mattresses. The shower containers were both cream rinse, no shampoo, and it was quite hard to squeeze out the contents.
New television with good channel selection and good breakfast choices.
Toilet barely flushed, had to waste water to make sure it stayed clean of waste. Issued room keys only to find they didn’t open the room door, returned to desk, keys reprogrammed, only one of two functioned.
