Artists, and lovers of nature, and wildlife
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly, so convenient for our appointments at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Easy tram into the CBD, over looking lovely large woodland park, walk to superb Melbourne Zoo, beautiful nearby Parkville townhouses.
Would recommend to families and friends.

Cons:

We looked over the park, had ABC Jazz playing on the whole time.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location for visiting grandchild at RCH. Easy access with good parking and tram outside door for trips into the CBD if required.The room was comfortable and very clean with good quality toiletries. We appreciate the efforts to reduce waste, such as one bin with no liner, and pump bottles for the toiletries.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all good.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great feel, comfy bed.
Warm staff, so close to the hospital precinct

A little worn in general. Art was a bit heavy and dark.

Pros:

Close to the netball centre and lovely place to stay and quite

Cons:

Just the restaurant close on the weekend dinner really love to have lovely meals when stay but its close disappointing but its ok.

Great comfortable stay, I wished I’d eaten in the restaurant, definitely will next time!
Pros:

Great location for what we needed! Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

If I had to say something it would just be that the bathroom drain was a little smelly, we fixed this by putting the bath mat over it!

After many stays it was the first time a few things were missed in cleaning, the tv remote was filthy dirty and one of the bedside tables was dirty.

Cons:

Due to being busy we had the accessibility room so the shower was a bit tricky for us taller people and water harder to contain on the floor, but nothing wrong.
