I had a beautiful stay with you, peaceful night, and warm, welcoming, and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a beautiful sleep.

Cons:

1st, I hope this feedback is private, I don't like providing negative feedback in public, especially small things that can be rectified. If it happens to go public, pls remove it.

- Water from the sink had a bit of odour in mouth. I thought maybe we not suppose to drink from the sink. However, there was no warning sign about water.

- Main Breakfast meal appeared to be incomplete. It was cold and dry (Bread, cold fried eggs, beacon, and mushroom). Serving eggs warm, addition of sausages, addition of juicy side (e.g. livers) can make a huge difference.

- One last thing, Hygiene. The bread refiller was holding bread with bare hands (No gloves).

Overall: The feedback will not stop me from enjoying my stay with you again. I will definitely come back to your facility.

It would've been excellent if they could have bar fridges and microwaves
Pros:

I loved that the place is very secure and safe camera's everywhere and that we can bring our own cooler boxes to the hotel and drink in the foyer

Cons:

There is no bar fridges, no microwaves and rooms are small

The staff was very Friendly, went out of their way to assist..the place was super clean , location was easy to find

Cons:

There are no fridges in the rooms

There's no elevator as such since I had things put in the reception Fridge I constantly had to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs. Lastly the breakfast was not worth the amount it had no option for people who don't eat pork,only meat available was ham or bacon... Ended up having scrambled eggs and tomato not worth the R130
