good location and helpful staff
Pros:

location is good as it is near to the subway and money exchange shop is nearby. the staff was very helpful and they showed me where to buy the local tea. they have two windows. the sleeping rooms are large. there is plenty of wardrobe and sufficient space for four guests luggage

Cons:

the wash room is small and only one basin there for four person room. better quality of shampoo and shower gel should be used. although they cleaned up our room everyday but no coffee and tea refill.

Pros:

Voy casi siempre y esta super bien ubicado y son lindas las habitaciones y muy cómodos los sommiers.

Cons:

Las dos ultimas visitas en este año tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado. No enfrían. Capaz les falta gas ademas.de limpieza de los equipos. Pero solo eso.
El resto es buenisimo y el.personal es genial.

Me decepciono respecto la vez anterior
Pros:

El hotel es lindo pero necesita renovacion

Cons:

Eramos dos dejaron solo una botella de agua se vende como aparthotel y la vajilla hay q pedirla. Tiene ya varios años de uso y parte del mobiliario como la mesa las cortinas necesitan renovacion . Los baños tambiem las duchas ya estan desgastadas las alfombras de los pasillos tambien

Excelente y confortable.
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para familias, las habitaciones son confortables, no es lujoso pero es todo lo que se necesita para estar varios dias en Buenos Aires, el restaurante La Palita es muy bueno, no esta incluido en el hotel.

Cons:

No tiene el servicio de desayunos incluido lo que incrementa un poco el presupuesto, aproximadamnete 7 USD por persona diaria.

Cuando salís cortan la electricidad,no podes dejar el aire acondicionado prendido volves y un calor terrible, el aire enfriaba poco, mucha claridad para mi gusto, cuando reservé el precio era totalmente diferente al que tuve que abonar y decía con cochera lo cual no tenía y terminé pagando casi una estadía más en una cochera

Excellent hotel in Palermo
Pros:

Excelente todo! Había reservado por booking un departamento en calle Nicaragua casi Arevalo pero al llegar no había nadie. No me quedo otra opción que reservar un hotel de manera rapida y llegue hasta bulnes eco suites. Me sorprendi para bien, el recepcionista Emiliano nos Brindo una excelente atención y la habitación era enorme. Todo fue super positivo. VOLVERE!
