No 1 security quard thats it.

Staff not friendly. At breakfast they told me there was no porridge bowls the bowls that there is thats it. There were only small yogurt bowls just for me to tell them look underneath in your cupboards there's no way you cannot have them and they serve porridge and can you believe we found them.. no bread for the toast. Only scramble egg and a chakalaka. There were yogurt and some raisins and coffee,juice. I was alone and she told me to pay a extra fee of 156 to get a doubke bed. According to me, I booked a double bed as i was 1 person.just to see the booking at the lodgei got twin beds anyhow no personality at reception and when we found the porridge bowls it seems like i wrong for asking. No sorry sir i was mistaken or anything. I just took one for myself and he didn't say a word. I sleep over twice a week for business in gauteng so i like to try different accommodation. The city lodge in Sandton is brilliant the staff there is very professional and friendly its just i had a meeting early in randburg thats why i used that one. Was the last time. Ill rather pay double and book in metcourt next time. Those people absolutely know whats service is about. Road lodge randburg it feels like you are doing them a favour for sleeping there. Must say the room was neat and the security quard was shap. When i arrived he spoke to me for about 2 minutes at the parking. Got more friendliness from him. That was a plus for that place. The security quard.
