Lovely hotel in central location with the friendliest and helpful staff.
Super comfy rooms, spotlessly clean.
Breakfast more than ample to set you up for the day.
Think they could drop the word garden as there is not one, however no big deal just confusing.
Didn’t use Spa so cant comment on that.
Definitely recommend 👌

室内は改装しているのか奇麗でした。騒音は気になりませんでした。旧市街なので交通渋滞が激しく、特に建国記念日近くは大変だった。聞けば教えてくれると思うが周辺の案内図(英語)が欲しかった。送迎シャトル等でお世話になりました。

Front staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Only a little rusty/moldy spots in the shower door that barely was noticeable. Shower took a while to drain but it worked. Bed was firm and comfy.

Although situated in the Old Quarter the hotel is very quite at night.The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful—probably the best hotel experience we’ve had in Vietnam! They offered great sightseeing tips and even prepared a packed breakfast for our early departure.

Words can’t summarize the warm feelings this hotel and their staff have left behind. Chloe’ went above and beyond, even before our stay, to facilitate tours in and around the city. Ben was always there for us with his warm smile and great tips for around Hanoi itself. He was also so kind to pick some ponchos up for us before a big rain! Harry would always be so kind to open up the door for us when we stayed a little too long in beer street.

Enough words about the fantastic staff :) Facilities in the hotel are amazing, breakfast is freshly made and the spa (we had a massage) is amazing.

The hotel is located at the heart of the Old Quarter, ideally situated for easy access to major sights and great restaurants, either by walking or using Grab.
Our room was clean, spacious and remarkably quiet at night. Breakfast selection was quite decent.
The staff at the hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Annie at the reception deserves a special mention; her English was impeccable, and she went above and beyond with her helpful recommendations and seamless arrangements for our day trip to Ninh Binh (more on that below). Mr. Henry consistently greeted with a friendly smile, opened doors for us and was always on hand to assist whenever needed.
Mr. Truc was our private driver for our journey to Ninh Binh. He was very professional, drove with utmost care even in heavy rain, which gave us complete peace of mind. His suggestion for a sightseeing route worked out perfectly, allowing us to maximize our time and experience the beauty of Ninh Binh. Please consider adding this to your itinerary if you have time!

We stayed at this hotel a few days ago and highly recommend it!
It was a warm and welcoming introduction to Hanoi. The location is central and perfect as a base for exploring the city on foot. Breakfast was great and with wide variety.
The staff is wonderful and helpful with everything we needed.
A special thank you to Chloe, who went above and beyond – even before our trip began. She helped us plan and book activities from abroad, supported us through last-minute changes, and made sure everything went smoothly.
We truly felt that we had someone we could count on throughout our stay.

We loved the friendly staff. They were so helpful and kind to us. The hotel is in a great location. We travelled with 2 teenagers who also enjoyed their stay.

What we appreciated about Hanoi Garden Hotel and Spa was not just its convenient location, but most especially the incredible team who made our stay so memorable.

Ben was exceptional, always welcoming us with a genuine smile and making sure we felt right at home. His recommendations for local spots were spot-on, from hidden coffee gems and delicious bánh mì shop (located just next to the hotel) to a great rooftop bar. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the city like a local and make the most of our time in Hanoi. Chloe was also wonderful; she went out of her way to help us arrange a tour and patiently answered all our questions with care. In the afternoon, Anne was consistently attentive and helpful, she even recommended a nearby restaurant serving authentic Bún Chả, which ended up being one of our favorite meals in Hanoi.

On our last night, Henry from the night shift kindly offered us water and bananas before we left for the airport, such a thoughtful gesture that really meant a lot.

The team’s warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly made our Hanoi experience special. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.
