Schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut: für Europäer eher außergewöhnlich, denn es gab täglich frische Kirschen und viele andere Obstsorten zur Auswahl.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse (kein Balkon). Die Terrasse konnte man sehr gut nutzen und bequem zu zweit drauf den Abend genießen. Das Hotel bietet auch Zimmer auch mit Balkon, diese sind jedoch wesentlich kleiner.

Great hotel in Palermo
Pros:

Pleno Palermo Soho was located in a very convenient area; we could walk to tons of restaurants, markets, and more. The hotel was incredibly clean and welcoming, with a delicious breakfast and nice areas for relaxing and hanging out. The staff was able to help with our questions about the area. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great; the area was quiet and peaceful and the windows did a great job keeping the noise level to almost 0. We would stay here again!

Location is unbeatable. But this should be an adults-only hotel. It lacks spacious amenities.
Pros:

The location is amazing, by Don Julio restaurant and walking distance to all restaurants, bars and shops. Room was comfortable and very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet, even though facing the street it was quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

Commonwealth areas are very busy all the time, seems like the hotel is too big for such small common areas like the lobby, elevators. The pool on the rooftop is way too small, tends to be crowded by families with kids so there’s no space to relax. I think this should be an adults-only hotel as the hotel has not created with kids in mind to room around. A lot of slamming doors and you hallways get loud so you can hear everything when people come in and out of the floor.

Pros:

Great location, clean, rooms were comfortable for a short stay. I really liked the international electricity outlets in the rooms.

NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL, la atención es pesima

El personal del front desk, inservible. Desde el primer dia que pido para pagar un late check out. Me dicen que no va haber problemas que hay MUCHA DISPONIBILIDAD. esto inclusive el dia antes de mi partida a la noche. Llegado el dia (porque te dicen que solo pueden habilitar el late check out el dia de salida), me dicen que NO TIENEN DISPONIBILIDAD. Cosa que pregunto, si ayer de noche me dijeron que tenian mucha disponibilidad. La que me atiende esa mañana me dice que me tienen que haber dado mal la informacion, porque no hay disponibilidad de mi habitacion hace dias.
REsultado: dia de lluvia, tuve que quedarme sin una habitacion hasta las 6 de la tarde que partia de vuelta. UN DESASTRE, nunca mas voy a este hotel (y eso que es el hotel que usamos - ahora usabamos - para la empresa, donde reservamos en promedio unas 100 noches al año - No les interesa los clientes, parece que ya se olvidaron lo que sufrieron en pandemia).
