Great breakfast, lovely hotel, super location.

Cons:

Very limited drinking water. A water dispenser at reception to fill bottles would be ideal. Very, very noisy hotel guests often having loud conversations in lift lobby outside our rooms. A sign from the hotel telling guests to be quiet in hallways would be helpful.

Pros:

Very good hotel Nice boutique size , good restaurant and breakfast. V friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The only thing I would be critical of is the organised tours were so much more expensive than elsewhere. Significantly more. More than double in every case for equivalent trips

Great location. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Great location in Palermo Soho. friendly staff. Good breakfasts with lovely breakfast staff. We stayed 6 nights which was fine… everyone knew us and our breakfast requests by the time we left.

Cons:

Street rooms noisy but the noise does stop at midnight. Expensive but that’s the area. Shame couldn’t use the garden after 4.30pm for an evening drink but that’s so as not to disturb hotel residents.
