We had a great time at Green Yard Inn! The rooms are spatious and clean, with all the necessities available. Beautiful Garden in front of the rooms. Amazing value for money. The Beach is one minute away, with several nice restaurants around. Location is a bit away from the big crowds. Perfect for Divers (we highly recommend DiveGurus right at the beach nearest to the hotel).

If you get dropped off the main road, the hotel is not very well marked and not easy to find. It is close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk)

The attendants were very friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach and close to attractions.

Good value hotel, friendly staff, close to most things. If you are not the 5 star resort type of people this place is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and plan to stay here again.

Rooms - We stayed in 2 rooms, both very clean and quiet (except for a few nights when distant hotel rooftop music could be heard). Good A/C, Fridge, patio area, small safe, comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom with hot shower. Room & Beach towels provided, room cleaning available at request. Hot water w/ tea bags & instant coffee provided every morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Small table with 2 chairs, portable wood closet to hang clothes and shelves, but could use another small table to put a second backpack / suitcase on.

WiFi / Cable TV - Each room has it's own router, and wifi worked great our entire stay. We visited during rainy (off-peak) season so internet on entire island is likely slower during peak times. Cable TV has about 30 to 40 channels for local and international viewing.

Location - About 500' walk to White Beach, mostly 6'-12' wide path thru local residential area with some dark stretches at night, and can have a few inches of standing water during rain. E-trikes cannot access, so must walk with luggage when arriving and leaving. It is understandable that some people do not like this access, especially with heavy baggage.

Meals - About 6 basic breakfast meals are available at reasonable price, mostly rice or toast with eggs, jam, and meat side. Good to occasionally have, especially if you're leaving early or you just want to eat in your room, but not as good as the many restaurants available nearby.

Summary - If you don't mind the walk, a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

If you’re looking for an affordable price with a very homey and cozy vibes, stay here at Greenyard Inn. We were very lucky to have the room on the ground floor because we’re already tired from our motorcycle tour 😅 Fell in love with the place that we even recommended this place to my sister-in-law. The staff are very nice and sweet especially our attendant, Ms. Tinah. The place is about 1-2mins from the beach but this is going to be my go-to place when we come back in Boracay. Kudos to Mrs Myra and Mr Pietro 🥰 10/10 ⭐️

It was a lovely place, with garden, and staff's are kind even the owners are kind and nice. I like my room there with sunset painting it was a great experience for me as solo traveler and at the same my first travel.What I like the most is the place is near at the beach.

I can say that my stay was very Relaxing at Greenyard Inn . It has a cool quiet ambiance with lots of plants and trees planted nicely in the surrounding of the Hotel. The place is so clean. Ms. Myra arranged my transfer from Caticlan Airport to the Hotel perfectly. The hotel staffs who received me was very accommodating and very informative. Thanks Michelle Jake and the other girl. They are always there to assist you and help out. The hotel can also arrange your Island activity like island hip-hop , diving, paragliding etc... Care of Kuya Bong the tour guide. Over all my Stat in the island at Greenyard Inn was wonderful and fantastic. Walk to the beach is just 4 mins away then all fun in the Sun from there. Looking for the hotel if your new might be quite a challenge but its all part of the vacation.

Very clean and big rooms. Only 50 meter from the beach in station 3. Owner and family are very hulpfull and also the employees are respectful and friendly. Nice place to stay also the garden is very clean and green. Walking to the mall is only 5-10 minutes.

Excellent staff!

I stayed at the Deluxe Room for 40 nights from Feb-Apr 2021. The staff (Jade, Myra, and everyone else) were topnotch, very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The room was clean and sanitized according to the covid-19 guidelines of the island. The grounds were well-maintained, privacy of guests were respected, and security was good as they lock the gates at night.

5 minutes to the beach, near minimarts and restaurants, quiet part of White Beach in Station 3.

Bonus for animal lovers: The 2 dogs Crissy and Lily were super friendly and cute, as well as the stray cats that hung around my balcony.

Highly recommended, value for money, enjoyed my stay here, and will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the Greenyard Inn. This is a little oasis in Boracay that we highly recommend. Myra and all the staff were excellent hosts.

Beautiful place! They have big room, clean bathroom, nice balcony, delicious breakfast, helpful staff plus it's 2 minutes away from the beach(station 3) We we're so tired of the flight and when we check in they gave us welcome drink. Our stay for 4 days is awesome! Thank you to Ms. Myra and to all her staff. Kudos for a great service! Till our next vacation! 😘😘🏖

Large clean room with a kitchen and short walk to the beach. Multiple convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff clean the room every day and delivered a nice breakfast to my balcony every morning.

Greenyard Inn is a place were you'll feel like it's your home. It is so comforable to stay and so clean. The owner and all the staffs are very accomodating and approachable. We'll surely go back here for our next Boracay Vacation! 😊

Everything in this hotel was great. Located in a quiet area with a nice garden. In 2 minutes you can walk to the beach with a lot of bars/restaurants (station 3, which is less crowded than the other stations). The breakfast was good and you can order good food for lunch/dinner into your room. The room was spacious and clean and the staff really, really friendly. They helped us to arrange transfers and booked tours for us (I forgot my reef shoes on the boat and got them back the same day in the evening). When we arrived the A/C was not working but the hotel managed it within a few hours. Good value for the money and we would definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, decent enough shower and toilet facilities. Also included a fridge which was a bonus for keeping water etc warm. About a 7-min walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and was great. Only criticism would be the WiFi either doesn’t work or is very slow in the room (could have just been ours). When we asked about it, we were given a ‘packet WiFi’ to help improve the situation, but it didn’t work. So whenever we needed WiFi we would have to walk to the beach. Would recommend if the WiFi doesn’t bother you too much!
