Its not comfortable stay as expected.
Cons:

The first room we stayed is quite dirty and dusty. Then we requested second room where we experience aircond leaking. The room quite dusty too even after cleaner cleaned the place

Cons:

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, I experienced an issue with the water heater, as the water was not hot throughout my stay and water not so clean also. This was quite inconvenient, especially since I was traveling with my 1-year-old child and needed proper hot water.

I hope the hotel management can look into this issue and improve their facilities for future guests.

Pros:

Prime location, friendly staff, proximity to Batu caves, lot of food options nearby, decent sized and clean rooms

Cons:

Rooms and linen look quite dated, might feel bit dingy to some people. But good for short stays in my opnion
