Pros:

Just renovated that the room was clean.

Cons:

TV very small and no smart TV that cannot connect to YouTube or Netflix.
AC hard to control that too cold.
Spa etc under renovation that no facility to enjoy at this hotel.

The staff's efforts were good but the cleanliness, maintenance, and soundproofing affected our stay
Pros:

To be fair, there were some positive aspects:

• The staff were courteous and reasonably helpful.
• We requested a room away from the elevator and one with a bathtub, and these requests were accommodated. However, the bathtub itself was not properly cleaned and appeared dirty upon arrival.

Cons:

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell well below our expectations.

There were several issues that significantly affected our stay:

• The basement parking area was poorly lit, cramped, and did not feel particularly safe.
• The toilet in our room was stained and required multiple flushes before it could be properly used, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
• The windows provided very poor sound insulation. As the hotel faces a main road, traffic noise from cars and motorcycles could be heard throughout the night.
• The room door also lacked adequate soundproofing, allowing us to clearly hear conversations and loud laughter from neighbouring rooms.

Did not meet expectations
Pros:

I’m very thankful to Ms. Janah. When I checked out, I forgot to request an invoice, so I called the hotel. Ms. Janah responded very quickly and sent me the soft copy.

Cons:

The facilities seemed quite old, and the door lock had some issues. Also, the electricity in the room kept tripping, which was inconvenient.

All the facilities were exquisite ,complete and clean.

Cons:

The sound insulation is a bit poor; the noise from cars on the street is quite noticeable. Hopefully, this can be improved.
