Maalesef hüsran, oda zemini çökmüş, tv bozuk, temizlik çok vasat, sadece konumu güzel

Çok pisiydi çok kötü kokuyordu kombin çalışmıyordu çok soğuktu çalışanlar çok iyidi ama otel durumu gerçekten inanılmaz kötü

Det var ganske slitt og en hel del mangler og ødelagte ting. Mye mugg, dusjen var grusom, og sengetøyet føltes ikke ordentlig rent.

Thanks to the guy at reception he was usufull
Room dirty ac no work normaly so much hot impossible to open window cause of smells
You need to ask for all paper towels water no cleaning daily
Very loud 🔊 in all hotel like party 24/7 :)
Not recommend at all

I give 1/10 just cause location and some nice staff

They are expensive for the offer they give...
Need to be prepared more for guests and to speak just a little English it's helpful for.both side.

Hôtel tellement salé qu on n a pas osé se doucher on nous a donné une chambre au 6 eme étage alors que la limite de l l ascenseur est au 4 eme donc 2 étages à monter à bien et imaginez avec de grandes valises la chambre n est pas faites c est à dire pas de ménage c est un hôtel catastrophique à éviter

Ben böyle bir hotel görmedim. 5 günlügüne gitmisdik ve sikayet edince oda temizlendi. Tuvalet kagidi bile verilmedi. Cok pis bir hoteldi.

Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so ein schlechtes hotel gesehen. Wir sind für 5 tage da gewesen und es wurde erst sauber gemacht nachdem ich mich massive beschwert habe. Sogar Toilettenpapier wurde nicht gegeben.
Das hotel ist nichts wert, sehr dreckig.

Leider sehr schlechter Service. Unser Zimmer wurde in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nur 1 mal gereinigt. Sehr schade, weil das Hotel sehr zentral in der Innenstadt liegt.

The property smells like bad public toilets! we booked a room for 3 and asked for 3 separate beds but we were given one double and one single with horrible, uncomfortable mattresses and the single bed was without blankets. I slept for 2 days with no blankets, and on the second night the heater stopped working, and it was snowing! so you can imagine. Also, the hotel is not clean, nor safe, and the walls are not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors talking, laughing, mating... we had a group of drunk men next to us and they kicked our door and almost broke it!!!! horrible!

Hotelin konumu güzel. ama maalesef odanın durumu eskiydi. duvar kağıtları bile kalkmıştı. ayrıca hava soğuk olmasına rağmen kalorifer çalışmıyordu

Sejour agréable tout est accessible a pied tres bon emplacement sauf que le lit est trop petit et le menage qui se fait sur demande pas quotidiennement

It was my furst experience to visit Istanbul. The loocation of hotel is difficult to find, because its inside the narrow street.
Many restaurants, gift shops are down under at the hotel.
Madam tussauds muesum is at 3 min walk.

Good location.
Clean, has basic amenities.

But wifi was non existent, it wasn't working all the time.
Made it hard to work since we need wifi for our work.
Walls very thin, could hear the TV in the next room.
Cleaning was done only we notified the reception.

Location is amazing... In the heart of Taksim istiklal street and so close to the metro and taxi station

Stayed here one night and loved the place, the location is perfect just 20 mt to istiklal street, nice bars and restaurants around, large comfy room, large shower,

1- very old Building , water and electric problems ..
2- there is no parking for car near by you must pay for parking and is faraway
3- middle of all low class clubs , a lots of fights
4- a lots of noice at night till 4 o'clock in the morning ..
