Cons:

Narrow staircase, more so as, people leaves their large suitcases outside in the passage way.

On occasion the lift does not work, so you have to carry your luggage up the narrow stairway.

With the luggage in the narrow passage way, this makes it a lot more worsened!

Pros:

It's located in a good neighborhood, close to bts. And food shop. Shops and amneties nearby. The view of the city from the window is absolutely stunning. The amount charged was decent.

Cons:

It's very dirty. Cockroaches all over, very dirty bedsheets.
The furnitures were old and almost broken. One of the door had no locks or latch, thus it was closed with the help of a tea table.
The washroom had very poor drainage system, water doesn't pass even after 12 hours. It's remains like a pond. Even one of the light was also not working.
