Their management asked for 50% advance payment even after their property was fully booked. When confronted about this, they refused sending such a message and said that they didn’t even accept the booking and we must have booked some place else.

Service, staff behaviour, asking for money to give us plates and cutlery in the room, didn't refund us money that we paid in advance.

Structure and hardware/appliances were very bad. Leakages im washroom, flush not working, AC was not operational during stay.

Comfortable stay with tasty breakfast. The room and hotel is clean and well maintained by their GM Mr. Anand. I personally spoke to him for late check out and he supported my request. The front office guy Manoj is great in customer service and humble person. They have hotel in Gurgaon as well, and i strongly recommend this hotel for family, friends and corporate employee stays.
Have to involve Booking.com for resolving a recent gst taxes correction issue. However, it was resolved and hotel staff was supportive. I suggest be problem solving staff than discussing the problem and leaving to customer to sort out.
We had an absolutely awful experience at Flute Boutique By Hotel 91.
At 12:06 PM, the hotel sent us a message asking to confirm our stay. We replied within 15 minutes confirming it and even provided our train arrival time from Agra. However, when we arrived at around 7:30–8 PM, they told us they were fully booked and basically kicked us out — referring us to another hotel instead.
That alone was bad enough, but what made it worse is that my partner’s credit card was charged, and the hotel refused to cancel our reservation. The receptionist acted like he couldn’t speak English and pretended not to understand what was going on. They made us talk to someone on the phone who kept interrupting, wouldn’t listen, and even yelled at us several times.
My partner stayed calm and said, “I don’t want to yell, I’m in your hotel now and I don’t want to make a scene,” but the man on the phone just kept shouting. It happened four times in a row. None of the staff tried to help — they just said they couldn’t do anything.
We contacted Booking.com customer service, and even they confirmed that our reservation was valid and active at this hotel. They asked the hotel to send an email confirming the cancellation, but the staff refused to write it, even after being given clear instructions. Each time Booking.com called, the hotel either didn’t answer or pretended not to speak English.
To make things worse, one of the staff — a man in a red shirt — stood in front of us with his arms folded, yelling aggressively. I had to stand up and tell him, “Please lower your voice, I didn’t speak loudly to you. I just want to cancel our booking and leave.” Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a hotel.
Please save yourself the trouble — do not stay here.
