Great location, very clean room, friendly staff good value for money and a good sized room
The room was a bit tired, and the bed wasn’t the comfiest think the mattress needs updating and spend a bit more money on better pillows
Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, gute Betten , Auswahl an Kissen , leckeres Frühstück
Nichts
The building is lovely and good outside area next to green space and quiet. However the staff are inconsistent: front desk seemed indifferent especially the evening staff. Some were ok but mainly did not seem to understand the basics of a welcoming approach.
This was a hard one to rate as overall we had a good stay but we were mainly not at the property.
Rooms a little tired. Outside lovely but very under utilised.
Small things like menu in room or on tv,local area and history info at front desk/in room:tube info etc would have helped.
We would have stayed at the hotel and used the outdoor area but it did not seem as if the area was prepped in the evenings to make it an option.
It wasn’t a bad stay but rather lacklustre overall which is a shame as the property has such potential.
I would suggest a photo of the outdoor area at the front of the property may bring in more custom.
As above
Lokalizacja, dobre śniadanie.
Beautiful hotel. Overlooking a lovely little park, near to Hammersmith tube station and late night Mc Donalds! We used it after a concert at Emirates stadium as on the same tube line. Can't fault it.
great hotel, lots of character, quality bedding and furnishings, lucky to get exceptional price.
I had my car for working purposes, the parking costs of the area are really expensive with the only option to pay by phone I checked in with my luggage with the intention of moving my car and received a £110 parking ticket in the 3 minutes that I was in reception. My fault entirely but as a caution to others!
It was on a bus route which was good due to the tube strike and was close to tube when not on strike.
There was nothing to not like.
Tout.
An individual hotel in a city otherwise full of identical boxes.
