I liked everything about this place. Elegant and comfortable!
Beautiful and relaxing setting with view of the trees and the park. Room has refrigerator so you can store food. Bus station at the gate. Major tube station 8 min walk.

Close to station and within walking distance the venue we wanted
Luggage storing facilities good
Ceiling in loft bedroom too low. My husband who is about 5ft 7, had a head injury banging his forehead at night
No warning or fluorescent strip at night.
The location was great, really peaceful but with excellent public transport links. A beautiful historic building, thoughtfully refurbished. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom very well-equipped. Staff were friendly.
There was nothing I disliked.

Perfect stay every time

We recently stayed at Paul’s Hotel in London for a two‑night break, choosing it as a base to explore new corners of the city — especially the sunrise blossoms and beautiful early‑morning streets around Notting Hill and Portobello Road. It turned out to be the perfect choice. For the best spring photos.
As someone living with heart failure and a brain injury, travelling takes planning and energy, but it also gives me moments of joy I hold onto. Photography is my therapy — it helps me stay present, slow down, and later remember the moments my mind sometimes loses. This hotel gave me the perfect environment to do exactly that.
Paul’s Hotel is an absolute treasure. Tucked away from the bustle of the city, it felt peaceful, quaint, and full of charm. The grounds were a lovely surprise — a quiet place to sit, breathe, and just take in the world around me. Inside, everything was spotless, warm, and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows perfect, and the underfloor heating was such a cosy touch. Hot water, fluffy towels, and all the essentials were ready and waiting after long days of exploring.
The building has a beautiful historic character, and the rooms reflect that heritage while still feeling modern and comfortable. And I have to mention the whisky collection — genuinely the most magnificent selection I’ve ever seen. It added such a special, unexpected touch to the stay.
Paul’s Hotel exceeded every expectation. A peaceful hideaway in the heart of London, full of charm, comfort, and thoughtful details. I’m so thankful we found it — it gave me not just a place to sleep, but a place to breathe, heal, and capture memories I’ll treasure.
Honestly I had no negatives to say
All really great quality
Bit of traffic noise but with such a central location to be expected
Lovely boutique hotel, amazing choice of whisky in the whisky bar, very good friendly service throughout the hotel. Everything looked clean and well maintained. The hotel was in a really good location for Hammersmith, and the Royal Albert Hall, excellent bus (right outside) and tube (7 minutes walk) connections.
