The room was perfect for my overnight stay. Very quiet, comfortable and exceptionally clean. I will definitely be using this as my base for business trips from now on.
The location was ideal for us and easy access to public transport. Rooms and bathroom facilities were good and plenty of space. Breakfast choice was very good. Plenty of choice on lunch menu too. Staff all very friendly.
The hotel is charming. I have stayed before and preferred my room previously which was on the garden side. This stay was in the Annexe which was very noisy with road noise.
I didn't like how noisy my room was in the Annexe.
Location, ambience, friendly staff
Hot water wasn’t the best
The place was lovely, but what really set St. Paul's Hotel apart was the incredible staff. Hammersmith was lovely, also. If I'm ever in West London again, I will very gladly return to St. Paul's Hotel.
What could have been better... Not much. I suppose the property is very slightly run down, it's showing it's age. But this is also a positive as for me it felt real, and I translated that as charm.
The staff in particular the lady that was there in the morning was very friendly and helpful
Not so much the property…. But the toilet paper is of very poor quality
Staff are very friendly, and helpful.
All good
Loved everything about the property and what especially appealed was its history and architecture.
