Luxurious hotel - a treat!
Pros:

Great service from all members of staff during my stay. I stayed for one night for work purposes and the room felt luxurious! Lovely shower, very clean room with touches of old and new, which added character.

Great find. Good value, great room, excellent service.
Pros:

Hotel was easy to find and in a convenient an interesting location. Room was as expected, but very handy on the ground floor and was very quiet. Bed was comfy, shower was good. Breakfast was first class and the staff were excellent.

Pros:

It’s just beautiful with character and loads of options on whiskey. It’s one of a kind. This may seem something simple but in the morning I didn’t have time for breakfast before work and wanted a coffee. The staff made me a lovely coffee and an orange juice in a takeaway cup. It was such a small gesture but needing a coffee to start your day and being pressed for time - it’s those little things that mean the most.

Pros:

This hotel is lovely! The rooms are extremely spacious and have everything you need.
It has a beautiful history, and there is also a little park in the backyard.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
All staff are very polite, shout out to manager at the breakfast (hungarian), she was very sweet and attentive.

There is nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Very convenient for Hammersmith bus station where we arrived. Interesting building with history. Very pleasant staff especially the receptionist. Lovely quiet room, well appointed. Very good buffet and breakfast menu. We really enjoyed our stay.
