For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following important information prior to your arrival:

• Check-In Requirements: Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a physical credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest checking in.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Security Deposit: A $50 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be placed on a physical credit card in the guest’s name. The cardholder must be present at check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.

• Parking: Parking is available for one vehicle (first parking space) at $12 plus tax per night. Any additional vehicle or parking space will be charged $20 plus tax per night.

• Resort Fee: A $10 plus tax resort fee per night applies.

• Breakfast: A continental breakfast is included and served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

• Early Check-In / Late Arrival: Early check-in may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. If you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please notify us in advance.

• Beach Access: Public beach access is conveniently located on Flamingo Road, less than an 8-minute walk from the property.

• Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is not complimentary and must be scheduled in advance by calling 954-568-6011.

• Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed for $25 per stay and per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per room is permitted. The maximum weight allowed is 40 pounds per dog.

• Package Policy: The property is happy to receive up to two medium-sized packages free of charge prior to your arrival. Additional packages may incur a surcharge. Please note that packages received after check-in are not subject to storage fees.

We stayed in a ground-floor room. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and didn’t blow truly cold air, so it seemed like it probably needed servicing or a refrigerant refill. We had to turn it off every night just to be able to sleep in peace.

The pillows were also very old and uncomfortable, and we woke up with back and neck pain every morning.

Another downside was that the bathroom had no exhaust fan or ventilation.

When we asked for fresh towels, the staff simply brought new ones but didn’t remove the used towels. We ended up collecting the old towels ourselves and taking them to the front desk.

Finally, the breakfast was extremely limited.
