It was pub accommodation so you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Clean Room, Bed was ok, Shower toilet room a bit small but usable, coffee and milk supplied remote for the TV worked I usually find that the batteries are flat or the remotes don't work in a lot of hotel/motels.
It was close to where I needed to be the next day, the only reason I stayed there.
Price was right was also given a couple of complimentary drinks.

Cons:

There was no dining room had a take away pizza from Little Joeys pizza, bad move, should've tried somewhere else. Had a couple of noisy patrons after the pokies closed at two in the morning

Over all we had an enjoyable comfortable stay. staff were friendly and helpful, for the one night .
Pros:

We were comfortable. The facilities were adequate and clean.
Getting a fre drinks voucher was a nice surprise.
Tamika the receptionist was very helpful, and especially Evan was more than accommodating when he came up to make up the sofa bed and bring some extra towels and check the aircon.

Cons:

We were expecting 2 bedrooms, and because we had a male friend with us, as well as a teenage boy, we had to move the single bed into the lounge. Also had to ask to have the sofa lounge made up into a bed.
The cutlery was inadequate..only 2 spoons, forks, knives, etc, and there were 4 of us. And only 3 towels, and NO teatowels, so couldn't put any washed dishes away.
Only one remote for the 2 tvs, and unable to turn the aircon in the bedroom to cool.
Also got locked out when putting my suitcase in the car (getting ready to leave) , and had to wait until one of my group realised I was locked out. Would have been good if we had been warned.

The staff where friendly

Cons:

The rpm was not good the bed way to soft and the bathroom was dirty there was soap scum in the shower and black mould on ceiling above the shower recess.

Pros:

Location was good staff friendly

Cons:

The room was very dirty. Blood on mattress protector. Black mould in bathroom. Toilet and shower hadn't been cleaned. Very dusty no cleaning between cupboards there was a back scratch between the cupboards next to the bed. Lots of dust and fur balls as well.
Dirt and bits on the cupboard were you make coffee extra not cleaned. Rubbish in the bathroom bin.
No complaint made as I had just got out of hospital wanted to rest before heading home 4 hr trip.

Location was good.
Bed comfortable

Cons:

Air con in bedroom did not work
There was a bowl that was not washed in the the cupboard kitchen.
The main door was very loud when it closed (we were first room on the right)
