Unhappy
Pros:

Location was good staff friendly

Cons:

The room was very dirty. Blood on mattress protector. Black mould in bathroom. Toilet and shower hadn't been cleaned. Very dusty no cleaning between cupboards there was a back scratch between the cupboards next to the bed. Lots of dust and fur balls as well.
Dirt and bits on the cupboard were you make coffee extra not cleaned. Rubbish in the bathroom bin.
No complaint made as I had just got out of hospital wanted to rest before heading home 4 hr trip.
Sent email via Night cap sight 4 days ago but have had no response at all

Overall good value for money, easy checkin and friendly staff
Pros:

Location was good.
Bed comfortable

Cons:

Air con in bedroom did not work
There was a bowl that was not washed in the the cupboard kitchen.
The main door was very loud when it closed (we were first room on the right)

An affordable overnight stop for attending a function nearby
Pros:

Overall, a great place for an overnight stay. We were in the area for a birthday party/catch up with interstate friends & didn't want the hassle of driving back home. The customer service when we arrived and checking out was easy
I had booked the studio queen room which was clean and we arrived to find the aircon (heat) on so it was nice and warm.
The only downside is the accessibility to the rooms ( not for us)- stairs from the check in to the rooms are not ideal for those without good mobility. The staff in the bar area were frindly and accomodating

Cons:

Nothing, perfect for an overnight stop

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the Night blind made the room very dark and conducive for sleep.

Cons:

The TV was a nightmare -- too techo Only wanted Channel 7, 9 or 10 -- 7 wasn't to be found and 9 and 10 eventually found!

Absolute ripoff & filthy disgusting. Charged for secure parking when there wasn’t any.

Cons:

The filthy room. The filthy dishes in the cupboards. Self contained with no utensils cutlery etc. urine all over toilet from previous guest. Faulty PowerPoints & dangerously hot water that does not comply with Australian plumbing standards. Plus more…….
