Fantastic service
Pros:

The space of the room and comfortable bed.
The hotel is not far from Elizabeth shopping centre and Domino's is just outside the hotel so you can get something quick for dinner.
The staff and the manager were wonderful to talk to, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to see the manager again from a previous stay here.
The cleaners kept the rooms nice and clean and we're accommodating.
There's an 8ball table in the pub section which was fun to play and a live band was there playing one night. It's a good pub for events happening and 8ball tournaments.

Cons:

How busy the car park section can be until a certain time of the day and then you can get a park where you want

I had a good time here .

There was no breakfast available - the staff were great, Karen and Mel were the first I met, they were great, customer service +

Perfect choice for what I needed
Pros:

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Person who checked me in was fantastic and went the extra mile to show me around.

There was a smell of smoke in the hallways, but typical of that era of building

We have had a loverly time very cosy clean and quite and would stay again if passing through.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was spot on

Cons:

We booked after looking on your web page and it indicated a Dinning romm when we arrived were told that they don,t have one any more which was a shame s we would have eaten onsite rather than going else were.

Great location , room cleaned daily , nice set up for a couple
Pros:

Clean room good set up for what I needed

Cons:

Only down side for me was the timber floors were noisy with foot sets from room next to me but other then that can’t fault the place

Would use again if requiring something in that area of Adelaide.
Pros:

good location for my needs at the time. Close to food places. Room was clean. Staff very helpful. I left an item in my room and they posted it to me at no charge.

room reset when we arrived back after a day out.
cleaning staff assisted promptly when needed. cleaners not informed of number of guests so had to make up another bed on arrival.

Cons:

free drink voucher on arrival. only up to $10 was not stated on the card, beer was $10.50, could not use the dollar from second drink voucher when drink was $9. it stated free beer, wine, or soft drink. suggest to waive 50c. i was forced to pay the difference.
miscommunication between bookings and staff who service the rooms.
shower cubicle was not properly clean. hair on the wall and slimy something or other in the corners on the floor.
shower screen does not contain water from toilet area.
conditioner bottle quite empty.
no face washers.
on our last visit, we were greeted with breakfast boxes. it was disappointing to see this changed.
condiment to guest ratio. 4 guests 2 mini milks 2 water bottles.
these might seem like small things but after travelling for 6 hours and arriving in the late PM, these things would have been helpful to make our stay more enjoyable.
