Todo en el hotel es super confortable y acogedor. El unico detalle que nosotros nos topamos es el olor del baño, que tiene uno un poco molesto. Y es era raro porque estaba todo limpio, pero aun así no se desprendía de este.

Por el resto, super buena la atención, instalaciones de fuera del cuarto acogedoras, habitación super cómoda.

Wonderful place to stay in Quito. Location is perfect, safe and quiet. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was extraordinary and breakfast was delicious. This is the only place I stay when in Quito. The building is very secure and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Price is very reasonable.

Very nice,clean, quite, safe. The shower had no Hot water. To fix this we were given a key to another room but there was only warm water for a short time.

Todo excelente, solo que los desayunos no son exactamente en el horario estipulado, lo que nos hizo desayunar fuera en ocasiones. En mi caso, me cobraron adicional al costo separado por hacer check in antes ya que el error de horario no era de ellos si no de expedia.
El personal excelente, el trato excelente y la limpieza impecable, solo hay que tener cuidado con que cobren demás…

Buena ubicación, el servicio de transporte público está a una cuadra y a dos estaciones de trolebús el centro histórico. Buena relación precio calidad. Buen desayuno y rico. Pero lo mejor la amabilidad de su personal.

El parqueo sólo es para 3 vehiculos uno detrás de otro.

Overall, great experience! Lorena (owner) and Jose (receptionist) really nice people that went beyond my expectations! On the hand, there’s a “lady” Isabel, the worse person you can interact with. A sociopath that you don’t want to deal with! If you encounter her don’t even listen to her just reach out to Lorena she will make the best decision for you! Almost forgot, they serve the best breakfast too!

El personal es súper amable pero no me agradaron las habitaciones. Donde dormí estaba junto al área de lavado limpieza y era incómodo.

Was going to stay 4 nights for business. Told them I was going to arrive between 12 midnight and 1 AM. I had texted them my arrival time and asked if someone would be working. She assured me they had some one working.at all times. I was flying from Miami and left around 7 pm, with no notice from my hotel.
Arrived in Quito and caught a cab to the hotel. Rang the bell and guess what no answer or note on the door The cab driver even call the hotel, no answer. I keep ringing the bell for 20 minutes, no answer! Luckily my cab drive stayed with me this entire time and then he took me to the HILTON. I registered and went to my room and logged into WIFI, then checked my emails and I found an email from the Filatelia saying I should contact them and they would get someone to get me my key.
Needless to say I was not happy. They put me at risk and lied about someone being on duty.
I have stayed at this place before without incident.

I just want to warn tourists about this situation because at 1 AM in the morning any city is not safe. The Filatelia said they were sorry but my life is worth more than a simple sorry.
I will NEVER stay here again....

The location is excellent. The room is a bit dated but that's okay
because it was comfortable and clean. I stayed in a superior room
since a tasty breakfast was included. and that convenience is well
worth it , saving precious time in the morning.
The staff is friendly, easy-going and helpful.
Definitely, I'd stay here again - a safe, attractive boutique hotel.

The entire hotel is small but quite nice, the rooms/apartments were spacious enough for us two and everything seemed quite clean. All the staff were really nice and they even allowed us to leave our backpacks after check-out while sightseeing around the city :) The only downside was (as mentioned previously by other travelers) that the temperature of the shower did not get hot, it was just lukewarm. Also, the draining system in the shower did not work properly so water accumulated while showering. The free breakfast (from 7-10am) was pretty good. I also liked the small but cozy lounge area close to the front desk where you can relax. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant for the amount of money spent.

I am always amazed by how friendly the staff is and accommodating even though I speak very little Spanish. This is my 3rd stay and I booked for my next trip in October. The included breakfast is great. My room has always been clean and has hot water for the shower. The new elevator is a big improvement.

Our second stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as the first stay. The room we were given had not been properly cleaned, the fridge didn't work and we had no towels. Even the service that evening was not the same. On our first stay, the front manager helped us with our luggages and on this stay, nothing, no offering of services and we had to ask for towels. The condition of room 401 was really not at par (old and not well kept) compared to our first stay on the 6th floor. We do like the location and the Manager Daniella is very kind and apologized and offered us to change our room. We would still recommend this hotel but do ask to see your room since none are the same. Their free breakfast to the restaurant connected to the hotel is really good and they are a dog friendly hotel.

We enjoyed the friendlyness of the front desk since we arrived in the middle of the night. They had arranged for our transportation which we had great services from the driver and we felt very comfortable staying at this hotel with our dog (no extra cost) and the apartment was spacious.
