This time hotel was partially on renovation which they have not informed about. There was some noise because of that, not too many guests and as a result one morning breakfast was not buffet.
There was also a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom this time.

I liked virtually everything about this property.
1. Excellent value for money
2. Convenient location - few steps aside from Baitik Baatyr str. makes this place very quite and close to restaurants and shops at the same time.
3. Transportation - Baitik Baatyr is a great public transportation artery of the city
4. Breakfast - very good! great variety of everything with a gorgeous mountatin view from the 6th floor even with a telescope!
5. clean room, comfy bed, warm and comfortable
6. there is a sauna.
7. very friendly and helpful staff. Produced documents of stay within few minutes.
8. TV is working! Very few hotels these days can boast this. Plenty of channels - movies, news, sports you name it
9. very quiet place - I really enjoyed it. At least my room faced opposite from Baitik Baatyr str and it was shocking dead quiet.
10. Bathrobe - exceptionally good. I travelled quite a lot and stayed in 5 star hotels but I don't think I ever had such a comfy bathrobe. Really enjoyed it.
11. Internet was working well, which is worth noting after staying in several Bishkek hotels.
very few things can be improved:
1. well, administration has to warn guests that the main entrance is being renovated and you've got to use a back door to enter. I arrived in the night time and could not see any signs. I thought this hotel is a scam and was ready to turn around and start looking for another place to stay when I finally noticed in the darkness a little announcement on A4 paper on the door that the entrance is from the side. It was really scary at the beginning. But everything afterwards worked out perfect.
2. Room is not too spacy but generally is ok. The only piece I found missing is a wardrobe. There is hanger at the doorway but no shelves really to put stuff. I came with a small backpack and few clothes for couple days so it was not too bad but if you stay longer and have more stuff with you, then it could be a nuisance.
3. At the tea station there is no creamer and not so many tea bags, so you better have your own with you.
4. Had problem with some of the eletric outlets - was not able to plug in.
Other than that everything was superb.

Был ремонт. Вход со двора. В Букинге не предупредили, что в отеле ремонт. Отопление через систему кондиционирования. Воздух сушит и приходилось ночью вставать выключать, а потом замёрз и опять включать. Батареи отопления лучше. Но их там нет
1. Цена не соответствует качеству.
2. Нет элементарных средств для гигиены. Оказывается всё выдается по запросу, включая туалетную бумагу.
3. Всё одном экземпляре, полотенце, тапочки, не работающий телевизор.
4. Персонал грубый
5. Завтраки не свежие
Одна звезда максимум, но никак не четыре. В полном разочаровании остались от этого отеля.
Television and bedlight were not working and could not be fixed during our 2 night stay.
Персонал, чистота, кровать и подушка были удобные, завтраки разнообразные, и есть спортзал
Вайфай выбивало, слабого качества
Все как обычно, 10 лет уже останавливаюсь в этом отеле
