Fuera del incidente del aire acondicionado, fue agradable.
Pros:

No tienen restaurante, pero adjunto hay un Starbucks y ynas nieves

Cons:

El aire acondicionado tiraba agua por donde sale el aire y hacía mucho ruido , parece que no le dan mantenimiento y por tener tapados los filtros, se congela la parrilla,al grado de tener que apagar lo y prenderlo una hora después.

Séjour très très agréable
Pros:

Hotel, magnifique qui te propose même de choisir ta chambre à l’arrivée.
Très bien placé, attention c’est un hôtel ancien et c’est ce qui fait tout son charme.
Personnel très accueillant vraiment. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Cons:

Le parking est un peu loin de l’hôtel, c’est dommage mais c’est vrai que dans la ville c’est un peu compliqué de se garer

Excelente ubicación y buena relación precio-calidad

La ubicación es inmejorable, está cerca de tiendas, cafeterías, el centro, la plaza que está afuera es hermosa y es una zona super segura

Cons:

Al ser un hotel tan viejito, había olor a humedad, nada insoportable pero para que se tome en cuenta; normalmente otros hoteles dejan una botella de agua y aquí no recibimos nada, el frigobar de una habitación no servía y nosotros necesitábamos guardar insulina por lo que fue un poco tedioso resolverlo

L’établissement est propre, la chambres assez grande, la localisation est centrale pour découvrir Merida

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu bruyant car à côté d’une place bien animée, mais les bruits s’arrêtent assez tôt donc rien de bien dérangeant

Ce site est chargé d'histoire et typique de la belle époque de Mérida .Un charme fou

Cons:

Le bruit du resto en dessous qui tous les soirs joue de la musique ( bonne musique) tard.
Impossible de s'endormir.
Pas d'ascenseur ( mais cela fait partie du charme)

Most exotic, fascinating, luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed in

This is the most elegant and amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The grandeur of this 127 year old hotel is immediately apparent as you cross the threshold onto its white marble floors. It has gigantic 12 foot high handcrafted wooden archways in every doorway and window. Just our room had 5 of these framed archways in every door and window. Additionally, the room had a sitting area as big as a modest living room. 2 antique wardrobes graced the decor. One cannot help but imagine the clientele which enjoyed its luxury back in 1901, when horse were still the primary mode of transportation. It truly demonstrates the commitment to excellence and pride in handcrafted architecture that builders had and gives a historic feeling of awe that cannot be described. You won’t believe the low cost of the room. You MUST stay here at least one night even if you are a budget adventure traveler. like myself, who typically seeks out Airbnbs with kitchens to mitigate the cost of a long stay. Thank you staff of the Gran Hotel for maintaining the beauty, tradition and elegance of this incredible experience!
