Bonito entorno pero falta cuidar detalles que hagan que el precio merezca la pena la experiencia

Cons:

El personal muy atento aunque ninguno se presentó ni sabíamos con quién aclarar dudas, no nos dieron ninguna indicación de cómo y dónde recoger la llave (solo un whatsapp para hacer check in online porque no había recepción física). Poca preocupación en la experiencia del huésped, tuvimos que pedir un sábado por la tarde que hablarán más bajo ya que daban voces de una planta a otra mientras limpiaban ó reparaban algo. La cama era antigua y el colchón duro, habría que hacer alguna renovación en el baño, muy antiguo y en mal estado, limpieza muy justa.

Hôtel au pied des Pyrénées pré-catalan.
Très bien situé même si accessible seulement par voiture.
J'ai beaucoup aimé le charme de la masia, l'accueil et l'authenticité du lieu.
