This property has been neglected compared to previous years. Over all it’s an excellent place

Water was not working. There is no AC at the lobby and hallway. Rooms are so hot because AC was not running until you put in your keycard.

Terrible overhaul

The property is clean and the staff are professional and always helpful. I recommend the hotel to travelers.

Ask for a room on the 4th floor. They are much cleaner and modern. Overall it was a good hotel. They could do some improvement with basic customer training on the front desk.

The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, and other activities. It also has a supermarket and bakery at the ground level for any needs. Its restaurants provide delicious meals and drinks at affordable prices. The entire hotel staff is friendly and professional. The management is constantly making improvements to the structure and improving the different services.

Easily to say its the worst property i have ever stayed in. Checked into a room smelling with overused sheets and mold. Complained to the front desk and they laughed over it saying the room is clean. Tv remote doesnt work. AC remote doesn't work. No water pressure in bathroom. Checked out on the 2nd day and they refused to refund the remaining 5 nights. I have never met such a dishonest establishment where they have terrible facilities and still try to hold you hostage.

The hotel is located in an ideal location close to most needs and yet away from the noise and chaos of the city. The staff is friendly and courteous and the management is very accommodating and flexible to customer unusual needs.

DK Hotel is located in Bonabéri, just outside of Douala. It is a good option for those who wish to stay outside of the main city and maybe beat early morning traffic to hit the highways leading north and west out of the city. Accommodation in Douala is not cheap, but DK fills the mid-price range quite well. This is a basic hotel that has everything that a budget traveler needs for a night or two: comfortable bed, great wifi, and hot water in the shower. I would return in a heartbeat.

They had a very nice section for my wedding reception and the musician was very nice

The booking with hotel.com was very easy and DK hotel found my reservation upon arrival. The check in was fast and manager on duty assisted with taking my luggages to the room. The room was clean and decent. The A/C worked very well. Although the TV had no video, it was immediately replaced. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, security was adequate as every guest was screened and visitors had to deposit their ID's with the front desk. Overall, I found DK hotel a very good bargain and worth the price for customer service, cleanliness and convenience to shops and public transport.

They couldn't verify my online reservation, had to deposit 25000 FCFA until reservation was verified.
Couldn't connect to the wifi. Took a day to send someone to come look at it and it never worked after that.
Always some activities going on around the pool espacially on weekends; crowded with young teenagers having some kind of a party.

Its worth ur money, customer service is very good. I will go back there
