The overnight desk clerk, Nicole, was wonderful.

Cons:

The housekeepers are awful. One in particular yelled and cussed at my kids. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told I would get a call from the manager and never heard a word.

Clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast, great location, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Room/beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom and the room was clean. Great location close to everything you would need on a vacation.

Cons:

There were no sheets available for the couch/let out bed. They did not refill our bath soap nor give fresh towels when they cleaned the room. Room door did not close all the way and had to be forced pushed closed.
