It was okay.
Pros:

The location is soo good, everything that we needed was around, and we were only 11 minutes or so from the Alamodome!!

Cons:

The breakfast was not good, the food was either cold or flavorless.

A+ - Staff, location cleanliness, pool
Pros:

The property was ok. Pool was good. Check in Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in our room was wet from being shampooed. When you walked from the carpet onto the tile it was very slick. We could not imagine where the water on the tile was coming from until we took our shoes off and the water soaked through our socks. By this time it was late in the evening. Staff did offer to move us but it was too late. If the carpets were still that wet the rooms should not have been made available. We are in our 60’s & 70’s, a fall would have been dangerous for us. A/c was working but temp fluctuation was bad. Cold one minute & warm the next. Worst night sleep!

Nice pool and close to restaurants

Cons:

The smell in the hallway was horrible. Like mildew. There was only one elevator. It was really slow.

Mary Louise Kudos
Pros:

The person we checked in with Mary Louise was awesome. She has the best customer service. She brought great value to our stay. I hope that she get recognized by upper management for her excellent service. She was polite, patient and very caring of our needs.

Will be back!
Pros:

We were in town for a short stay. Everything was clean. The location was perfect. Very close to local shopping centers and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lobby associate Sonia was very nice and helpful! Would definitely make this hotel my first choice!
