Sono tanti anni che mi reco in questo posto ed ogni anno che passa le condizioni scadono sempre di più. La piscina è eccezionale con una vista spettacolare. La camera è pulita ma i mobili sono vecchi, scarsi e malandati. Ho dovuto richiedere una luce da notte. Il divano è molto usato e la doccia non erogava acqua calda ne un getto abbastaza forte. Ho dovuto richiedere diverse volte l'aiuto alla ricezione ed al personale. Sto cercando alternative a questo posto per l'anno prossimo. L'ubicazione necessita di un piccolo trasporto per raggiungere il centro di Patong (calcolare il traffico)

I will not say anything bad until i hear from Bearry personally as he knows what I could say. However, I will give him a chance to redeem himself as everyone deserves a second chance.
I will compliment Monica. Unfortunately, I met Monica on the day of checkout. If she would have been there on the day of check in i believe things would have been much better!

Sono oramai diversi anni che mi reco in questa sede. Il posto è splendido, poco fuori Patong, si può ammirare una splendida vista su tutta la baia. Il personale è molto attento e soddisfano al meglio le tue esigenze.
I mobili sono semplici e vecchiotti, ma funzionali. La piscina situata sul tetto è eccezionale, sebbene non ci sia ombra.

家族と2泊しました。
プーケット空港からタクシーで向かう時、少し分かりにくかったです。
部屋は最高でした！2ベッドルームに、それぞれバスルームが付いて、とても便利でした。
キッチンに塩などの簡単な調味料があれば、もっと良かったと思います。
けれど、また宿泊したいレジデンスでした。

If you are looking for an apartment villa then this is the best available property in phuket..the only thing is it is a bit far from the center i.e Bangla street

It was okay. The guy who worked security was accommodating but there’s not much more to say.

I didn't get the ocean view in the picture my bedroom looked at a concrete wall an my balcony had some water glimpses but mostly viewed the building in front. From the lounge room the closes to the window you can not really see the ocean like in the website only glimpses if you sand on the balcony. The hotel apologised that the room I booked wasnt available so I paid for 1 bedroom ocean view but didn't get that one. They did offer free airport transfer next time for the mistake but I dont want to risk paying full price and being forced in the cheap room again it's really not worth it. Shame because my first 10+ visits to this hotel has been amazing in the room in the photo but it only takes 1 bad experience to make me not want to return.

Basically all ok, except a bit of maintenance is required

Good for a big group of traveller.

地點雖不在巴東中心點，但位置上都ok ,去巴東Night market 10mins 左右，而且附近也十分寧靜。我們住 3-Bedroom apartment with sea view , 每房都有獨立洗手間，6個人一起住非常適合。
Hotel staff also very friendly.

Lovely clean room. Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately the service let the experience down. I phoned to order meal and drinks at 5pm (menu said available from 7am-9pm). I was told the restaurant now closes at 3pm. To get dinner I had to walk down a dark lane some distance (didn’t feel overly safe being a young female alone). The hotel is like a rabbit warren, it was a 10 minute walk from my room to reception. Service was slow, it took 40 minutes for me to check out. Overall, a very nice and clean place to stay with beautiful views; however, not in a very convenient location. I felt it was a little overpriced for what it was. More than happy with the room and view, but would probably try another location next time 😊

My overall stay was awesome. Big rooms, sea view with plunge pool and jetted tub. Equipped with basic kitchen appliances, microwave, oven and huge fridge. I would just like to highlight that the toilet bowl keeps on flushing on its own which annoys us at times. The carpark has urine smells and hope that something can be done to it as the smell was a total turn off.

Apartment was roomy and the view magnificent. However the whole place is looking tired after just 5 yrs. Spa pump didn't work, bath plug broken, shower heads need a good clean. TVs in every room however we could only manage to find 3 Thai channels. Take your own codi box. Internet connection seemed fine. This place is further than a walk to Patong. We couldn't get there for under 300 baht. Which is fine if you just want to hang out in your apartment or go touring. For the price, there are better options further south.

There were cockroaches in the room and no actions were taken. Toilet and bathtub were very dirty. Curtain rail fell in the middle of the night. Towels were always so smelly. What is housekeeping for when you don't change the bedsheet? Waste of time. No room service after 4pm, really? Said there's jacuzzi in the room but it's just an empty and dirty tub with ants and no bubbles. I feel so cheated. Given that it was our honeymoon stay, it's the worst. Hotel. Ever.
