Pros:

It is close and walkable to town, but on dirt and dusty roads. It is very noisy due to unlicensed dogs that wonder around the streets barking all night and during the day. Residents play their music very loud from there vehicles late at night which is a disturbance and there is no peace. But we did enjoy pizza 🍕 at a local restaurant which was good.

Nice stay in good location
Pros:

Posada owner was very helpful with getting me on wifi. The room was good sized; the beds were VERY comfy. Pool area was lovely to sit out in the evening.

Cons:

I didn't know that there was absolutely NO housekeeping at the Posada. Our small trash cans overflowed. Also, the pool was very cold. We never even went in, it was so cold.

Lovely grounds and spacious room.
Pros:

Great location in Todos Santos, charming grounds with a pool and the studio was clean, well appointed and spacious.

Cons:

The sewer smell that at times wafted into our room.

Unexpected sensory treat
Pros:

The room was lovely - traditional Mexican furnishings, not just cookie cutter furniture and decorations. The restaurant on-site was excellent as well as the little market. Excellent location for exploring the town.

Because the location is in a neighborhood, there were some dogs that barked throughout the night, so we didn't sleep well. Would recommend ear plugs.
