Clean hotel, nice location, reasonable cost.
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel; it is located in a calm city, and nearby you can get all sorts of transportation from the tram station to the bus stops and also markets and restaurants. I loved the reception staff; they were really helpful. I would want to give particular mention to Ms. Nazli Can Yilmaz, who speaks proficient English and who treated us with the greatest standards of respect and elegance.
It's a very clean hotel, and you don’t hear any noise, particularly vehicle noise. Outside the hotel, there is a great location to relax and have a delicious breakfast.
The hotel rates were very reasonable considering the hotel's prime location.

Cons:

The bathroom was somewhat small; I wished there was a balcony through which we could open the windows and breathe in the pleasant air.

Malonus ir nuolat besišypsantis personalas, vien dėl jo galimas aukštesnis įvertinimas.

Cons:

Kambariams reikalingas remontas. Pirmo aukšto kambarių langai į sienas, absoliučiai jokio vaizdo. Kambariai labai labai maži.

Очень вежливые и отзывчивый персонал, было всегда приятно взаимодействовать. По большей части это скрасило проживание, без них картина была бы хуже

Cons:

Несколько проблем.
1.В номере до нас явно курили, все пропахло куревом, даже стояла пепельница. Это очень едкий неприятный запах.
2. Слышимость была некомфортная, 2 ночи кто то заселялся и очень шумели. Администратор не попросил быть тише, потому что другие гости ночью спят
3. Нет куллера с водой, приходилось постоянно спускаться и просить налить воду в чайник у администратора
