Очень вежливые и отзывчивый персонал, было всегда приятно взаимодействовать. По большей части это скрасило проживание, без них картина была бы хуже

Cons:

Несколько проблем.
1.В номере до нас явно курили, все пропахло куревом, даже стояла пепельница. Это очень едкий неприятный запах.
2. Слышимость была некомфортная, 2 ночи кто то заселялся и очень шумели. Администратор не попросил быть тише, потому что другие гости ночью спят
3. Нет куллера с водой, приходилось постоянно спускаться и просить налить воду в чайник у администратора

V první řadě skvělý personál obzvlášť Nazli na recepci. I když menší ale čistý pokoj. Dobrý poměr cena - podmínky.Hezká lokalita na náměstí,v blízkosti veškerá doprava a i obchůdky.

Cons:

Možná zařízení pokoje by chtělo obnovit ale v době mého pobytu jsem viděl že se pracovalo na zvelebení společných prostor.

Pros:

The staff of the hotel definitely made our stay more comfortable. The staff, the owner, and Nazli did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood—it’s not very close to the city center, which makes it quite calm (a huge plus for us). The very convenient T1 tram line runs nearby. The breakfasts were also good and well served.

Cons:

it was a bit cold in the bathroom and a bit slow internet, which is minor things :)

A good choice to stay your few days in Istanbul!
Pros:

Hotel is in a nice area. Away from the busy center of the city but very close to the T1 tram line that takes you right into the places you want to go! The hotel is right next to the Historic Constantinople Wall. The management at the hotel are very kind and helpful. The included breakfast was very good,
