Hotel Goldengate

You get just what you pay for.
The room was very nice, aside from a fair few places where it was falling apart, and the shower was a bit dirty.
The staff were overall helpful and answered my questions, however, there was a constant pressure to pay in cash and not with a card, which was very annoying and wasn't a preference I was made aware of prior to my stay.
Additionally I was offered a breakfast for an added charge, but for some reason this was a preperscribed meal, and I could not choose a different breakfast from the total restaurant menu for some reason, and I was charged above average prices for bottled water. It makes sense for the hotel to cut costs on these things, but for the price of the room I think I would have been happy to pay an extra 10 Euro for free water.

I would definitely consider Hotel GoldenGate again, thanks to its price point, but there are things that the owner and staff could do to make a stay far more comfortable, with minimal effort and cost.

Cet hôtel est à FUIR, je ne sais même pas comment il est encore autorisé à être ouvert et pouvoir accueillir des touristes, le personnel est sournois, parle constamment dans leurs langue face à vous vous concernant, réceptionniste désagréable et qui ne comprends pas l’anglais. Remet beaucoup en question votre parole, vous ne pouvez rien réclamez car ils auront toujours quelque chose à dire, personnel très têtu. N’en parlons pas de l’accès, pas mentionné que l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur avec escalier très étroit ! Chambre très étroite ! Les murs sont fins nous entendons tout que ce soit dehors ou les chambres d’à côté ! Les draps n’ont jamais été changé, ils changent que les serviettes. Papiers toilette donné au compte goutte et en plus déjà entamé ?. La porte de la douche ne se ferme pas tout est rouillé, cassé … envier non fixé ce qui est très dangereux, hôtel non aux normes ! Mise à disposition d’un mini frigo et d’un bouilloire sans prise à côté … compliqué pour brancher 2 chargeurs … certains personnels vous réclame de l’argent pour de l’eau d’autre non … Il n’accepte que du cash et négocient pour pas qu’on paye en carte. Soucis avec les cartes à plusieurs reprise nous nous retrouvons à attendre devant la chambre, on demande par la suite à changer de chambre, le personnel refuse. Wifi non fonctionnelle. Hôtel horrible et délabré. Petit pt positif je tiens à remercier Nour pour ses petits dej parfait et sa générosité et son professionnalisme

This hotel's location is excellent for getting away from tourist mobs. The neighbor is quiet, historic and convenient to transportation.
The staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is excellent...coffee and food. Great value!

Hotelzimmer zerfällt schon

Confortable, near transportation, non-expancive at all compare to others, clean, people kindfull. Small good for couple or single not for family.
It was very good staying here. I recomande.

Otele gittiğimde oda çok dar ve elbise konulacak kadar alan dahi yok wc de Peçete yok bir tane havlu konuşulmuş duş alsanız ikinci kişiye havlu yok su konulmamış odaya ve mini bar dolabı boş yatakları sürekli sallanıyor gıcır gıcır tmm çok lüks birşey beklemiyorum verilen paraya göre ama bundan daha az ödeyip çok daha konforlu yerler olmuştu baştan sona tavsiye etmiyorum

The property is weost ever narrow, ritten bed and bad serive i ever saw

Vom ersten Tag war die Decke im Bad Vollwasser und hat die ganze Zeit getropft. Personal war nett und Zimmer getauscht aber zum Keller. Es gab weder Kleiderschrank noch Wasserkocher. Zimmer hat einen schrecklichen Geruch. Ich musste woanders übernachten. Bin im Zimmer 2 Tage von 7 geschlafen.

The place is dirty and rib off. No access to the rooms and you have to climb three narrow stairs. I got suck in rhe room and rbey charged for making dirty without reason and have to pay towels mjne.

Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in Hotel Goldengate! De locatie kon niet beter zijn - perfect gelegen met gemakkelijke toegang tot het openbaar vervoer en allerlei bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mijn ervaring nog aangenamer maakte. Ik kan dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort en gemak tijdens hun reis! Hotel Goldengate wij gaan elkaar nog zeker zien in de toekomst!

Kaldığım oda çok basıktı. Odanın camı ara havalandırma noktasına açılıyordu. Temizlik ve çalışanların ilgili yeterliydi. Park noktasında yardımcı oldular. Otel genel anlamda kalınabilecek bir otel.
