Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza meravigliosa, stanza stupenda, ambiente pulitissimo, cibo e vini ottimi. Buffet della colazione e pasticceria clamorosi. Zona wellness stupenda. Torneremo sempre e solo li quando saremo nei paraggi. Oltretutto posizione strategica a tutto.

Struttura molto accogliente gestita con grande professionalità e cordialità, molto bella la zona Spa e la piscina con vista magnifica sulle montagne ed ampio parco con lettini. Menzione speciale per la parte ristorazione: colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità, cena di cinque portate accurata e qualitativamente ottima, personale di sala impeccabile.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, a partire dell'accoglienza alla reception: il personale è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e preparato a darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno; la struttura è bellissima, dalla camera avevo una vista davvero meravigliosa e il tocco in più è la spa all'interno dell'hotel, completamente in legno, sembra di stare in un'altra dimensione dopo una giornata di camminate. In più ogni sera alla Gran Ciasa viene organizzato uno spettacolo culturale diverso, che può varariare dal vedere le stelle, ai balli e cori folkloristici della zona che danno ai turisti un assaggio in più di questo bellissimo posto (il programma è sempre ben visibile nella hall dell'hotel). E per finire, noi avevamo scelto l'opzione mezza pensione: colazione bella abbondante a buffet dolce e salata e per cena ogni sera una degustazione gourmet da 5 portate...davvero una meraviglia! Siamo stati davvero bene, consigliamo caldamente di soggiornare qua!
