Pros:

This is our favorite hotel in Mexico City. The Staff is amazing. Rooms are impeccable clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Room window was facing the inside courtyard so we didn’t experience any city noise. Breakfast with the best view!!! We will definitely try to stay here again.

We liked the property, a couple of employees at the restaurant seemed to have an attitude and they had a body language that they did not want yo work that day, however I have to highlight Alexandra (during breakfast time) she was amazing!
Another thing that I did not liked, i was charged extra to check in early, my flight arrived around 9am ! With all the information that was entered way in advanced nor the hotel or expedia were able to give a heads up. Overall, as courtesy, i think the hotel should offer at least to keep our luggage. The rooms were ready anyway. But thats just my point of view.

Five stars isn’t enough for this hotel - it’s a beautifully maintained property with incredible guest amenities and the staff went above and beyond in every regard! The location is truly in the heart of it all! Shops, restaurants, and shopping all within reasonable walking distance. However be prepared that this area is always busy! We felt safe and well taken care of!

What an amazing stay.
From the initial moment, the staff were absolutely wonderful, and organised a beautiful welcome for us as we were on our honeymoon.
The facilities are great, with a cafe on site with everything included (except wine).
There is a terrace restaurant (where you have the buffet breakfast) that opens at night with stunning views of the main plaza (Zocalo) and cathedral.
An amazing location so close to the main square and main shopping areas.
We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The customer service was second to none, the staff was so accommodating. The hotel was immaculate, the food was amazing and the views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay here again!
