Pros:

TUTTO! Dallo staff eccezionale, all'accoglienza e attenzioni dedicateci durante il soggiorno, alla colazione e cena preparate con cura, le diverse 'serate a tema' organizzate durante la settimana (cene a lume di candela, cena in maso, cena in giardino) che hanno creato una bellissima sintonia tra tutti gli ospiti della struttura. L'atmosfera da tipico chalet di montagna, immerso nei boschi, vicinissimo al centro abitato eppure situato in un contesto che fa dimenticare i giorni di caos della città.
Ancora grazie a Tiziano, Martina, Alda, Stéphanie, Samuel, e tutto il staff dell'Alpenrose. Ritorneremo!

La struttura è bella, la cena molto buona. Due volte a settimana viene sostituta da dei voucher spendibili nei ristoranti della zona, cosa che ho trovato molto carina.

Sentirsi in famiglia
Pros:

Dopo la prima notte eravamo un po’ perplessi, ma col passare dei giorni io e mia moglie (così come altre coppie incontrate lì) ci siamo trovati davvero bene, tanto da pensare di tornare in futuro.

Il vero punto di forza è lo staff, anzi la famiglia allargata che gestisce lo chalet: ti fa sentire a casa e crea momenti di convivialità molto piacevoli.

La struttura è un maso ristrutturato con cura, in posizione comoda per escursioni e attività nella natura. Anche la cucina merita: ogni sera antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce, piatti leggeri e mai pesanti, con richiami alla tradizione locale ma senza eccessi.

Cons:

L’attenzione dedicata agli ospiti e alle attività è notevole, ma un po’ più di cura nelle pulizie ordinarie della camera (soprattutto del bagno) sarebbe stata gradita.

la struttura è molto caratteristica e accogliente, bellissimi i profumi, la vista montagna, il silenzio impreziosito dal rilassante suono dello scorrere del fiume e dallo scampanio delle mucche al pascolo. Il cibo, preparato con maestria dallo chef, era tipico e squisito. La conduzione familiare ti fa sentire a casa.Poche stsnze vuol dire massimo relax e possibilità di familiarizzare con gli altri ospiti.
Martina e la figlia Stefania sono degli host deliziosi. Preziose le esperienze proposte dall ‘ albergo, come l uscita con Samuel a caccia di funghi o le cene nelle panoramiche e caratteristiche malghe del luogo

Cons:

la Spa è bellissima, ma manca la vasca idromassaggio, inoltre , per i nostri gusti, la sauna non era abbastanza calda e il bagno turco lo era troppo. Ma questo può essere regolato benissimo su richiesta

wifi did not work in the rooms. Overall amazing experience. Spa and jacuzzi to be used under request. SPA can be booked privately as well as a masseuse.
20min drive to Folgarida and Passo del Tonale ski resorts.

Bellissimo!
Pros:

Breve soggiorno di 4 giorni passato in questo chalet davvero al di sopra delle nostre aspettative: personale cordialissimo, gentile, disponibile e accogliente; struttura curata in ogni particolare, familiare; colazione abbondante e pasti molto buoni. Posizione staccata dal paese quindi molto tranquilla, immersa nella natura e priva di rumori “cittadini”.
