Pros:

Staff are the biggest asset here, helpful, polite and service always with a smile.
The pool is a perfect size and very relaxing atmosphere
Great bar/ restaurant at the front.
Location tucked away from the noise but easy walking distance to shops, bars, beach and restaurants

Like coming home, you will never be alone.
Pros:

The staff really make this place special for everyone. It has those classic old Bali tropical vibes, a great pool, and plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee spots right across the road. Excellent value for money. The upgraded breakfast is awesome too. I just love this place and their amazing staff!

Cons:

The internet was not great this time, but it didn't affect my stay really.

Great hotel but big difference in room grades

The newer upgraded rooms are great

Cons:

I stayed here twice and the difference between the room grades is a lot. My second stay in a basic room only had one spare usable plug socket that was located in the bathroom! So charging my phone and using the kettle was interesting 🤔 Also the furniture was old and tired

Pros:

Location, very comfortable beds, pillows and quality bedding.

Cons:

Smokers everywhere 🥴 no designated areas for smokers or non smokers. Not pleasant when dining and people smoking.
