Excellent stay for our family.
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent; staff members are friendly. Clean and uncluttered hallways. Did not use pool.

Cons:

Road construction outside is not the hotel's fault. Seeing the entrance to the parking lot (if turning left) is a bit difficult at night. Hotel will begin to show its age if maintenance ignores the broken tile here and there on floorboards, or scuffs on walls in different places. Overall, hotel is in good shape.

Pros:

The young man at the front desk was exceptional and ver accomidating.
Water availavle for free was such a nice surprise. Very beautiful Hotel with a large room.

Cons:

I wish there pool would have been outside. But was nice to be able to cool off.

Oak Island NC vacation
Pros:

Every staff person I spoke with was wonderful - ESPECIALLY Trevor. He was always pleasant and helpful. He is a great person to be in the Hospitality industry!

Cons:

The soft drink selection in the Sweet Shop had only sugar free choices. Really wanted a regular soda.

Had a great time and the breakfast was delicious.
Pros:

The hotel was clean in the middle of all the beaches

Cons:

Need more towels, wash cloths and trash bags since the cleaners don’t come to the rooms and clean while you are there.

Good for a quick stay ..
Pros:

The lobby was clean and nice breakfast . Staff were very nice . Free water was nice as well

Cons:

The room we had had a very loud air conditioner, the coffee machine didn’t work or the shower door. The shower head had to be jiggled til it worked . I never complain but the room was a huge disappointment . Overpriced for sure !
