Pésima experiencia.
Pros:

Muy mala experiencia. Los recepcionistas son muy mal educados y desagradables, hasta la situación de que uno casi se agarra a las piñas con un huésped. Muy hostiles. La zona es un lio, muy ruidosa. Es un lugar viejo.

Large room hotel
Pros:

This hotel had a large bedroom and a large bath room. The shower area was large as well. Housekeeping was shy but helpful. 3 maids would come to the door at the same time. Included in the room was a small balcony which was great for drying clothes as it was in the sun all day.

The front desk staff could use some customer service training as they were not too pleasant.

we like hotel . very nice one! good service,very good location, very nice swimming pool,clean room well ,stuff helpful. special appreciation for ms Orathai Sodaluan.She help a lot and professional. we wont to back to Arita hotel and recommend this place for every one. best regards.

Great Value for Money
Pros:

This hotel is excellent value for money. The pool is great and the staff are very friendly. The best thing is that the big Patong food market is right outside the door!
