No dislikes or complaints
Was terrible dirty too loud
.. please refund me
The whole place was feral
Clean, modern, quiet. We stayed overnight with 3 kids on the way back to Melbourne from Adelaide. It is within walking distance to the sights of Mt Gambier. You get 10% off meals. Lots of resturants and supermarkets within walking distance.
No complaints
Convenient stopover on way to the Great Ocean Road. Friendly staff. Good value.
Room access from parking lot inconvenient, especially when the bar was closed. Small room. No lift to rooms.
Beds were really comfy and location was close to city centre. Free bottled water was a bonus.
Comfy beds, spacious
Loud - noise from pub and street
Staff was polite
Water katle was dirty. The room has a bad smell, and the blanket has a foul smell.
Great for 1 night stay but the outside doesn’t meet the inside
The staff didn’t know what they are doing. One checked us in and then when were out, our key stopped working. Another staff tried to check someone else into our room. Could have ended badly with valuables stolen
Friendly staffs. Room was clean.
plentey car park
small roooms
amd tiny bathroom
Affordable enough for one night.
The location- right in the middle of the city. Very tiny rooms.
Very clean and spacious
Bed was super comfy, nice looking room, lovely staff
we expected noise from the pub downstairs but the fridge in our room kept making a loud pop noise every few minutes. The shower also wasn’t great as it seemed to only get extremely hot or extremely cold. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner too (very thick layer of dust on the extractor & floor needed a Hoover). But for a night stay at the price it’s decent
Check in was easy. Room was spacious with 2 excellent queen beds and the best pillows we've had so far. Room was well stocked with glasses and milk for coffee, as well as 4 free bottles of water. Heater worked well. Bathroom was spacious and the shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. On site restaurant was very good. Free parking behind the room with a second door opening on the parking lot. A really good stay at a value price. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
A little bit noisy as it was on the main drag, they did provide earplugs.
