Pros:

Staff were super helpful in the bar and arranging late check-in, meal was amazing.

Cons:

Thin walls...room 10 had a loud snorer that was very off-putting, could hear room having a shower etc.

Mount Gambier is a nice place. The Sinkhole is worthy to eee. From this hotel only 20 min. on foot.
Pros:

There ist a restaurant at the hotel. Easy to order and pay via QR code

Cons:

Too much noise as my room is above the restaurant.

Was not fit for the purpose due to not being able to have a good peaceful sleep.
Pros:

Room and bathroom were clean.
Nice and tidy.

Cons:

The rooms are right next to the main road. Vehicles travelling in the night time make massive noises.
The rooms are not sound proof.
The whole sleep was disturbed.

Pros:

They have the best beds, like sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are perfectly clean and quiet. Dining in is convenient and so delicious. All the staff are wonderful. I have to mention the cleaners. They ensured the comfort of our stay daily and handled small request efficiently. They were polite and cheerful as they reset our room each day and made sure we had enough supplies for our needs. Thanks guys

Would stay again but fix the pipes
Pros:

The staff were really lovely. Extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but very neat and clean. We also ate at the attached restaurant and had a really great, delicious meal.

Cons:

We were in room 1 and the only complaint and the only reason why I didnt give it full marks is when the water pipes from our room or next door were used. They made a horrendous shuddering noise every time which was extremely loud and it vibrated throughout our room, lasting for a few minutes each time. We didn't care too much about it really until we were woken up suddenly extra early from the sound.
