Warm front desk welcome.
Comfortable and quiet room.
Exceptional breakfast. 10/10 when I compare it with other Best Western's I have had a chance to stay in.

Cons:

The walk up the stairs. I still booked again, regardless. There is always a swift help with bags up the stairs by the staff.

The room was clean. Good shower and comfortable bed. Suitable for a business trip or in transit for a night or two. Breakfast was well prepared. Overall the place is simple but well maintained. Value for money.

Pros:

The receptionist who welcomed me 4th August. She was very kind and helpful.

The room was spacious and practical for one person and ideal for one night's stay.

Cons:

The service in the connected restaurant could have been better. I was shown the way by the excellent receptionist, but when I arrived at the restaurant area it took some time before somebody noticed me. I was about to leave when finally one of the staff gave me a table.

From the moment I ordered till I got my food took a bit too long. The food was ok.
