We stayed for just a few hours to sleep before our early morning flight from Nairobi. We found the room set-up (doublebed plus bunkbed) very convenient for a family of 4.
Our accommodation included breakfast however we needed to leave the hotel at 05.00 hence asked for breakfast basket. The receptionist asked us to fill in forms with our choices (4 forms for 4 people) which l filled up diligently. However, when we arrived at the airport and opened up the boxes, we found out that what’s inside the boxes had nothing to do with out choices. For example there was cake and croissant and juice for my kids in our selection form whereas the box in reality consisted sausages abd veggies which is completely irrelevant. Either dont ask and say it is a set menu or give us what we filled in the form, it is just so annoying and disappointing. I will never ever book this hotel.

Location was good . I did not pay for breakfast . The proximity of the other chains of hotels is very nice.
Rooms should have airconditioning and small fridge for my medications . These are basic facilities.
Was made to pay for Airport Shuttle to and from yet my booking confirmation indicated the shuttle was free
On Tuesday I did not get towels .
There is no elevator i had to climb too many stairs to the top floor .

A package the includes breakfast by default. Only to realise that breakfast was not part of package. Add-ons are good for those who travel with money. For us who survive on once off payments need an inclusive package. But the system indicates a package that covers breakfast and airport pick and drop. But the situation is different on the ground

Proximity and functionality
Restaurant too small to contain guest at breakfast. It was mostly too rowdy at rush hour.
The staff, they were excellent.
My room did not have a fridge, but I would blame myself for not checking the list of facilities carefully when making the booking.

Perhaps to have a little bit more cash for guests who might want to exchange their foreign currency.
