Great hotel for a short visit to Nairobi
Pros:

Great hotel with a good breakfast service. Being allowed to use the facilities of the next door hotel was great. Easy access to the airport. Very friendly staff - high levels of service.

Good location, excellent breakfast, nice staff - recommended!
Pros:

Stayed there at the beginning of a two-month-trip through eastern and Southern Africa. Stayed for 2 nights to be prepared for possible flight delays/cancellations. Didn't do any sightseeing as we were going to Tanzania after the 2nd night.
Room was nice (and on a high floor, with a nice view, as we had asked for), bed was comfy, the location very safe, and the breakfast was excellent.
Very good price-perfomance ratio - strong recommendation!

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vroeger inchecken tegen een goede prijs was mogelijk en de communicatie vooraf was dan ook echt heel goed en snel. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het eten in het restaurant ‘s avonds beviel ook goed. De kamer was ruim en de bedden zeer comfortabel. Ik kan dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen!

Best Western Nairobi Upperhill is a good place to stay, very quiet environment and friendly staff.
Pros:

The place is clean and in a good location. I enjoyed my morning walks.

Cons:

Carpets in the hallway/passage to the rooms as they were sometimes wet.

L’hotel est dans une rue très calme, l’entrée sécurisée et le personnel vraiment adorable. Belle première impression de Nairobi.

Cons:

Les chambres sont grandes mais un peu vetustes et elementaires. Ça manque un peu d’âme et l’hotel est assez excentré..
