Pros:

Check in methods very well, late hours staff arrangement for room key cards was vey good about the hotel.
Beds are vey comfortable , shower and bathrooms in good condition.

Going up the stairs was a challenge with luggage. Bathroom door was so narrow and we are not big people so design was not the best otherwise pleasant.

Location was handy to work location

Cons:

There is no security to contact at 3am when the patrons staying in the rooms decide to yell and slam doors. This happened on 2 of the 4 nights we were there. My daughter was frightened and couldn't go back to sleep as the drunks would be up all night. The food is overpriced and not good at all. No elevator just cracked steep stairs to carry all luggage up and down, very disappointing.
