Comfortable and clean room. Able to open door to patio for fresh air. Good shower.
No lift to rooms. Potholes in carpark. Pub closed at 2100 - only pokies open.
Proximity to the funeral home we were attending and the reception staff were extremely accommodating so that we had early check in. Restaurant and bar staff were very welcoming and friendly and food was great..
Comfortable beds and value for money. The restaurant was great for families as well.
Check in took half an hour of waiting at the check in window. Didn’t get an apology when they eventually arrived. The rooms aren’t very sound proof.

Bed was comfortable, t.v in the right position, shower was good, clean and tidy.
Small fridge, shower size and the curtain ,the hand basin outside the bathroom.
In the larger room we had booked this time a bigger bed would be great.
We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to check us in and a similar time for my son and his girlfriend to be checked in the next night. Due to their busyness we felt the welcome was not as friendly as it usually is. Also we have stayed at the Findon probably 15 times now and each time we are still asked if we have stayed there before. Surely your system allows for a note to be added so staff could be aware of this. These are only minor quibbles though. Our stay was enjoyable and we will be back.
