Good location
Pros:

Lovely old courtyard hotel with interesting rooms and a roof terrace. Helpful staff. Good location near cathedral. Good breakfast (Spanish style) tho in March it wasn’t warm enough to eat on the terrace so we had a table in the lobby area which was a bit cramped.

Great location and a surprisingly beautiful facility.
Pros:

It is a beautiful old building.v.well maintained. Loved the views from the terrace.

Cons:

Although our room was good size,I felt that bathroom was smaller with a smaller shower space.Also didn't have organizing space.I didn't mind though as the room itself was nice and clean with a window and a small verandah.

Pros:

Mi habitación daba a la entrada principal. Durante la noche la gente se pudo a charlar en el hall de entrada y se escuchaban muy cerca y no me dejaron dormir hasta muy tarde

Cons:

La habitación tenia un ventilete al hall de entrada que estaba abierto y aunque intente cerrarlo fue imposible. Todo el ruido del hall de entrada se escuchaba en mi habitación

La gentilezza dello staff lo rende veramente un boutique hotel

L'hotel è in una posizione centrale, vicino la cattedrale, accoglie gli ospiti in un palazzo di carattere maiolicato con uno staff molto gentile e cordiale. Le stanza era ampia

Cons:

Nonostante si presenti come boutique hotel, le stanze necessitano di più cura, soprattutto il bagno che è vecchio con tracce di umidità, con la porta con la maniglia rotta. Rotta era anche la maniglia della porta che da sul balcone. Non esiste un vero e proprio armadio che è stato ricavato in uno spazio che anticamente collegava due ambienti. Capisco che si vuole prelevare lo stile e il carattere dell'epoca ma questo non significa che si deve tenere la roba rotta o l'umidità. Il prezzo secondo me è esagerato dopo aver consultato le tariffe di hotel più moderni della zona, lo avevo scelto per il carattere tipico ma avrei preferito maggiore cura

A lovely boutique hotel in heart of Seville
Pros:

This is in a great location in Seville. It’s a small hotel with a family run feel. The rooms are generous and comfortable. We had everything we really needed for the visit. The room was serviced daily and cleaned to a high standard. The soundproofing was good and we slept well. The 24 hour reception is also reassuring.

Cons:

The outside space on the terrace has so much potential but currently doesn’t feel as inviting as it could do. Some simple screens and new furniture would make this an incredible spot to relax in and have breakfast.

Underwhelming
Pros:

While the location and staff were excellent. The room was a little underwhelming. We had no window to the outside so it got very stuffy in the room at night. The AC and fan were broken in the room. The WiFi stopped working the second day and was really bad in the room. I was relying on the WiFi to book other hotels for our trip so it was a bummer that it stopped working altogether.
