Location is excellent

There's hot shower, liquid hand soap + shampoo & body soap. Toothbrush & paste, tissue and water are available. There's also refrigerator and cable tv. There's also a table with chair where you can work as well as good wifi. Ok to stay here while you're in WFH mode.

The overall experience is ok as this is the cheapest accessible hotel I was able to find when I booked. The room contains pretty much basic items you need and in case you need to buy anything, there are convenience stores nearby.

The room was good but better with microwave oven. Overall, the stay was comfortable but a bit overpriced. The location is close to malls and convenience store.

The location was far from the village gate. They do not have iron, so I left the Hotel with
crumpled dress😭😭😭

I checked in just before midnight coz i reallt felt sick at the time and i couldnt drive home. I couldnt say anything much coz i only slept there up until 6 in the morning. But overall the room is big, 2 h20 bottles, bath kit, and sanitized slippers were provided and i slept well.

Address used in search is Ortigas Ctr but it’s inside San Antonio Village. Only found out after I paid and it’s non refundable! Otherwise I won’t use! Double bed looks like full size cuz I know very well the difference. AC unit sucks in our room, no AC in the hallway and no hot water shower! will not recommend this hotel due to luck of amenities and poor conditions!
The only service they excel is getting be a Grab service to/from, but all the are sub par!

If it were not for the staff's friendliness, i would have looked for another hotel instantly because of its location. Aurie and Anoe are very helpful. i still would go back to this place. Clean and homey.

We booked for a Deluxe Twin Room last Aug 26, 2017. We chose a more higher prized room at 2,004.00 expecting that it would be a better room with 2 double beds, when we arrived there were only 2 single beds. There were 5 of us so I complained to the staff and demand action. No manager on site, the staff said she texted the manager for appropriate action but until we checked out the next day, nothing has been done to correct the situation. We were all uncomfortable with the stay, very disappointed and unsatisfied. And another thing in the morning while we were still sleeping, a housekeeping staff just went into our room without letting us know and permission disturbing our sleep and surprising us, a somewhat lapse in security and safety. I would not come back again to stay in this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend it also. I suggest better find a much better hotel with much attentive and caring staff than this hotel, and also truthful on the rooms that they would provide. Paid for a Deluxe Twin room supposed to be with two double beds as described but got two single bedded room instead and no compensatory nor corrective action was made. I would never book for a room from this hotel again as their descriptions were deceiving. Charged to experience.

This was the second time I have stayed at Studio 18. It is located close to major shopping and restaurants, not quite walking distance, but a short taxi ride. The location is Super Safe, being in a very good neighborhood, with its own guards on the gates and its own fire department. The only down side I would mention is that finding the gates, and the roads in the general vicinity, are a little confusing, but the hotel at least provides a map you can give to your taxi driver. The presentation of the hotel is that of a modest 2 star facility, but the rooms are in satisfactory condition, and things in the rooms, such as beds, tv, air con, closet space, bath room, are all fairly new and well maintained. The hotel staff is very accommodating, and available throughout the day and evening. Probably the best thing I can say is that this hotel is a very good value for its location, and will afford a practical visitor with comfort, quiet, and an overall pleasant stay.

Overall, the experience was OK. I arrived late at night and it was difficult to find the place. Nothing around to eat because it is a residential area. The place is litterally 5 minutes away from a large avenue so it is possible to find eating options once you can see where you are in daylight.
The room was OK, well furnished, maybe too much for the space. It looked crawded. Air con was quite noisy. Bed was decent and clean (but do not look under it). Cable TV had only a few channels. Acceptable internet. Basic bathroom but good shower.
Breakfast: nice to have some options in the building althought he service starts late (7.30, apparently with some flexibility upon request). The quality of the food is average though. It is a good value for many, but I would not stay there for long stays.

I would call this more of a managed residence than a hotel. Though the place was somewhat dated, it still is a comfortable place to get needed time to rest for the night. Access is a bit cumbersome, but, anyone would feel safe with everyone coming and out of the village where the hotel was located at is checked. One way in and the only way out, after 10 pm. And, the price is reasonable. It would be nice if an iron/ironing board, and hair drier is available at no extra charge.
