Smooth check in, staffs were able to provide immediate solution to my request

Cons:

Incomplete basic things (no bathroom mat & tissue) the first room that was given to us, the aircond was not working (not cold), the receptionist offered to change to another room (same level at 1 a.m BUT the room was occupied with other guests!) and we need to change to another level which was a bit hassle

Tilam springnya amat menyedihkan kerana springnya sudah lembik nyebabkn sakit tulang belakang saya.
Tilam tu sepatutnya sudah dilupuskan dan jgn diguna lagi utk pelanggan.
Engsel kabinet pun sudah teruk dan berbunyi bila dibuka dan ditutup seakan2 cerita seram.

Maaf saya katakan, saya tak akan menginap lagi disana dan saya tak akan rekomen saudara mara dan sahabat handai.saya utk bermalam disana.

Pros:

water pressure is good, sejadah ready, hotel location very nice we can find everything we want around,

Cons:

we booked and paid for family room but got 2 small rooms with interconnecting door only without any price change or breakfast offers..plus, the aircond in the room very old and noisy..and risk we found rove beetle (charlie bug) in both rooms

非常非常不满意一间房间有霉菌味冼手间有 臭味，另外一间房床垫凹陷要求换房员工说就算换另外一间房也是有同样问题，后来要求见经理才帮我们房间换担是还是非常的差😡😡😡😡😡😡
